This place will feed people old crusty food that has been sitting on the shelf for hours.
So when you bite into a crusty taco next time, just know it was sitting on the shelf waiting for a few hours in open air, because the cooks are to cheap/lazy to make a new taco.

Update: new manager is amazing. Always a smiling face and the food is always hot. I was accidentally given 2 wrong burritos (it was a busu period), I called up there and kindly told the manager what happened she apologized profusely and made both burritos fresh when we got back up there.

Used to be the best Taco Bell in the tri-state area. Last few times it has been something they ran out of. Today I ordered online, went to pick it up and they advised they were out of beef!!! That is poor management!!! Walnut Ridge come on- between Taco Bell and McDonaldâs the fast food has gone down hill. The employees were super nice by the way! They canât help their manager doesnât know how to manage!
Messed up the orders, didn't get the drinks. When I went back in there to say something, I had to holler to get someone to come to the counter.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell in NEA. Multiple times I've placed mobile orders and gone to pick it up and then they tell me they can't make anything but tacos. Or they're out of chicken. Or they can't make a burrito because they don't have the ingredients. I don't blame the workers. 100% blame the manager.
