So much to say about this experience. First of all, it took an hour and a half just to get our food. We arrived at noon, the first part of our order didn’t show up until 1:25, and even then, it was incomplete. Someone in our party ordered chicken and pancakes; the pancakes came out at 1:25, but the chicken didn’t arrive until around 1:45. By that point, we just asked for a to-go box. Walked in made eye contact with serving staff multiple times 3 tables that walked in after us were served. After 15 minutes we left. The table beside us was served without even a we’ll be with you in a minute.

Waffle and Pancake House is a favorite breakfast stop with a great menu and plenty of options. It has an old coffee shop diner vibe with newer decor. The food is really good and hot, and the building is neat and clean. Service is always good, fast, and spot on, with very nice staff. It is great for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, with a popular country fried steak breakfast meal. It is a pleasant cafe that deserves to be around.
