I don't know who is running PH, but y'all need to do better. Ordered 2 pizzas, they were not fully cooked, not enough meat, too much cheese the meet didn't look right. Do better!!!!!!!

We have to deliver most times and when we do it's about 45-1 hour before it's brought to us. I have called 2x and changed my number and still they havey old number.

If I could give no stars I would! I was visiting family for the holiday and ordered a pizza online.They were so backed up they told us one hour! We waited patiently for our order. After a hour and like ten mins I went to get my pizzas and my order was canceled! The girl Alexis was so rude and disrespectful and all I was inquiring how will I get a refund! She acted so nasty telling me at the end of the night when she close down it would automatically refund back to my card! She told me it would take 3 to 5 business days! I’m back home and a week has passed no refund! I’ll definitely be calling corporate! That was the worst customer service I’ve had in a while especially about my money being returned to me! Find pizza somewhere else!

You can't sit in and enjoy a meal, but the food is good. The service was great considering.
