Very nice visit. Brought back that nostalgic feeling of going to the Hut as a kid. Staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding. The restaurant was clean and the staff had it together. Will most definitely be coming back.

Have not been in here since the significant remodel and I was so impressed. Buffet was good excellent entries. The eggs were rubbery but that was the only item that did not meet expectations! Great job everyone!!
The truth is, some wings that have no parents, with mothers, I do not need to go to the capital to eat good wings, when in Warren we have good ones, especially in Pizza Hut, 10 out of 10 recommended.

Every time i order anything for delivery it takes twice as long because they never have a driver, they always have the excuse of the driver calling in and having to get door dash to deliver it

Where to start? A newly remodeled facility does not help bad customer service. I should’ve known better when my large cheese pizza and large pepperoni pizza was too hard of an order for them to take. There was a guy inside with his pants falling down past his butt, and he kept pulling them up with his gloved hands while continuing to make the pizza. Then he came and took somebody’s payment with cash, wearing the same gloves and continued making pizza without changing them out. It was an absolute hot mess express in there -about 15 people standing around waiting for their orders. I will stick to simple Simmons or Mazzio‘s.

I don't know who is running PH, but y'all need to do better. Ordered 2 pizzas, they were not fully cooked, not enough meat, too much cheese the meet didn't look right. Do better!!!!!!!
