they messed around and I had to leave before I received my mobile app order. got text food being delivered waited 10 minutes, no food 2 girls been to asked what I had. so no food and lost my $10.00 that I had paid. Never again will be closing my app with McDonald's.
The folks at the West Helena, AR McD's are friendly and for that I say yes and would give 5 stars out of five. BUT today when I went through the drive through ording a Big Mac combo I did not check my order. When I got home and opening my bag I had found my order which was correct, however, my Big Mac only had one very small hamburger paddy on it. The lady who was our cashier took off to the bathroom an she stayed there for around 15 minutes. The back was under staffed. The one who was placing the items into the bags, had to take orders while that girl was still in the bathroom. So they need more employees working there.

McDonald's provides exceptional service, handling challenging situations with professionalism. Customers enjoy delicious breakfast offerings, including perfectly prepared burritos and egg McMuffins. This was perhaps the best McDonald's in the entire United States of America. It is a safe haven for travelers. They can be slow. Apple slices are available for a veggie person. Parking for mobile orders and spots are beside the drive thru. There are happy meals but no play ground. Wheelchair accessibility is at the front side before the drive thru. The lady at the pickup window felt she didn't have to speak.
