It costs nothing to show professionalism. The restaurant was full of flies. Employees used profanity in the presence of customers. One employee was sitting on the food prep counter. The manager was on a personal phone call on her cell phone. The kiosks were not in proper working order. Get your act together.

Between 1:00 and 1:30pm today, I went to this location to pick up a Doordash order. The lady at the pickup window felt she didn't have to speak. She just looked at me and pointed at my phone. She was wearing a pink shirt, so I know she's not a regular employee. I didn't even notice if she was wearing a name tag. But it's crazy that they let ppl who won't even speak work in the drive-thru.

Took 30 mins to get our order. Everyone walking around on the phone instead of working. Customers yelling at eachother. Got our food, it was cold and they forgot my toppings on my burger. Tried to tell them and she rolled her eyes at me so we just walked out. 40$ for 2 people the least you could do is get my damn sandwhich right.

they messed around and I had to leave before I received my mobile app order. got text food being delivered waited 10 minutes, no food 2 girls been to asked what I had. so no food and lost my $10.00 that I had paid. Never again will be closing my app with McDonald's.
