Between 1:00 and 1:30pm today, I went to this location to pick up a Doordash order. The lady at the pickup window felt she didn't have to speak. She just looked at me and pointed at my phone. She was wearing a pink shirt, so I know she's not a regular employee. I didn't even notice if she was wearing a name tag. But it's crazy that they let ppl who won't even speak work in the drive-thru.
An EXTREMELY rude customer was yelling the N-word (I will never say it or spell it as it's a repugnant term) at all of the employees. The on duty manager professionally handled the volatile situation. Kudos to her...I wish I knew her name to properly acknowledge her.
