I think the commodes are too low, especially for older people. the room had dirty carpet with roaches here and there. microwave not working in room. Also lighting in room very dim. overall an ok room but could've been better for the price.

The carpet appeared never to have been vacuumed. Specifically, there were hair balls and dead bugs on the carpet. I have no intention of ever staying there again and wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone.

Excellent facility to stay when traveling thru the area on the way to other destinations. for a little down time. I was on business traveling and had to find a point between. This was an excellent choice. From check-in staff and facility to the room access, parking, the room, breakfast and check out. Staff excellent at all interactions. Will be staying here again as business again takes me thru the area.

I always stay at this location, it is definitely the best place to stay if you are looking for somewhere if you are visiting Helena- West Helena. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, location is great.
Beware make sure that the door on your room locks press the handle up and down with or without keycard. Our room did not need a keycard to enter however, we notice and was switch to another room. This could have been a disaster.

Me and some other family members in other rooms experienced plumbing issues as in stopped up bath tub while showering so we showered in standing water, Other family members had a stopped up sink and Pool wasn't open. Perk check-in lady and housekeeping were very nice.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Covid procedures still followed well in the main building, though masks are not required. Room was nice and clean, though pillows on beds were more like cushions they were so small! Breakfast in the morning was a bit of a let down - scrambled eggs tasted like nothing. Wouldn't revisit, but a decent enough stop if you're just passing through the area.

The hotel is easy to find on the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a decent hot breakfast in the morning. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it was set up when I got coffee. The room was comfortable. We were passing through on a road trip and this worked just fine.

We stayed for 2 nights but wouldn’t do it again. The room was a smokers room and stank awful. Unfortunately it was fully booked so we couldn’t change. There were ants in the bathroom. We had problems with the toilet which was fixed very quick. Stuff was friendly.
