My reason for two stars is that I watched an employee come in from a smoke break with her cigarette ( not lit ) cupped in her hand. The proceeded to wait on people without stopping to wash or sanitize her hands. This can be really off-putting to customers like me that don't smoke. It's the lack of handwashing that made me decide not to order that day. Normally I enjoy going to Taco Bell.

We odered Tacobell Regular Barrito and they have no beans and black beans they have and we okay for that. Coming home really hungry and look at the picture they make Burritos for us. Inside lessthen one spoon black beans/ OMG seriously

I ordered online. They were rude from the get go. I ordered my food and two of the things I ordered were wrong and I didnât even receive three more things I ordered. They said I didnât get the cheesy toasted chalupas or whatever because theyâre about to close so they gave me regular bland small chalupas. I didnt receive l black beans and rice. Nacho chips. Cilantro and onions. The hot sauce. All of which I was charged for. They told me to come back and get it in the morning and I said thatâs inconvenient and he hung up on me. Poor customer service. Poor food prep and overall disgusting professionalism.i wouldâve left no stars at all but you canât post it unless you do
