EDIT here I am back again, why is your lobby locked at 10:30am on a monday?!
I frequent your establishment on average 5 days a week usually only get a large vanilla iced coffee. They ALWAYS try to pass a medium for the large and upon correction I typically get attitude. Last night I spend $45 on food for my family and EVERY ORDER IS WRONG. Both medium vanilla iced coffees are ONLY the mix which is SOUR by then, the baked potato was DRY AF, the chili on potato was SOURED AND BAD AND OLD AS DIRT, no sour cream, my son got the SpongeBob meal and NOBODDDYYYYYY bothered to tell us until we're leaving the drive thru that "oh we're out so here is some vanilla," also my autistic son refused to eat it at ALL. His burger was set for NO LETTUCE NO TOMATO and guess what there was more of than actual burger or bun? Yes. LETTUCE AND TOMATO. I already have to deal with disappointment of Sonic constantly screwing my orders up, can't your company just BE GOOD?! PLEASE? I just want a correct order.

I absolutely love Wendy's! This one is a great location. Food is usually always fresh whether you are getting breakfast or lunch. No matter how busy they are, you are usually in and out in 16 minutes with fresh food!

Wendy's in Helena has the poorest service they are so slow and cars backed up to the road they are very rude to the customers and you never get your order correct ever. French fries always cold. And workers need hair nets & gloves.
