Used old nachos to do the Nachos loco meal. The Cheese was watery and meal was luke warm. Before I left the bottom felt hot but by the time I got from Ameca to S. Woods and ate (5mins) the food was barely warm. Nachos in the bag were also old and starting to stale.
2 out of 10 not a win spend $17 plus for it.

They have horrible customer service I tried to place an order over the phone which is crazy because I get the same thing like once a week I call they keep hanging up then when I finally get them otp he claims his busy and can’t help me with my order and I have to come in so once I get there is not one person in the store just pissed me off was my fav now I won’t be back then my food was still not right
The server was very pleasant and respectful. The location of the restaurant is easy to locate. Food wise, the Chicken had limited flavor, the beans and rice however was very flavorful. The portion size is efficient for the price. I gave 4 stars on the food due to lack of flavor on the Chicken. Overall, the service is to paar.

I've ate here before and there was no problems but this time I had a ameca burrito only chicken and rice, I ate half at work by the time I had to leave I had to go to the bathroom. I didn't think nothing of it but when I got home I ate the rest, I woke up in the middle of the night throwing up, feeling really bad. I'm at work now feeling nauseous and stomach still irritated,
