The lobster chowder was very good but filling. The Halibut was cooked perfectly and was delicious but the risotto was over cooked . Filet mignon was perfect also...too full to try desert.
Celebrated a birthday....the server was NOT good. Slow and not attentive. She also forgot to run my card when I gave it to her. Sat for 20 mins waiting on my card and check, when she did bring it back she forgot to give me the receipt that I sign for the merchant, so she had to fix that. She kept apologizing, but it didn't matter. I am a frequent guest and they were definitely having an off night throughout the restaurant. I will be back for the food.
My husband and I have patronized Ignite Steakhouse for over 5 years. The Redfish entree was our favorite entree and was changed last year. Due to dietary restrictions, we requested a modification with the sauce...requesting a substitution for a sauce that accompanies another entree. We were denied that sauce because it could not be rung up on their register. We were willing to pay the $15 up charge...still denied.
