Love the remodeling!!
I don’t even want to give 1 star!!! I requested fresh fries and the manager said he ain’t dropping no more fries because the ones in the bin had just come up!! LIES!!! They need a complete overhaul in customer service at this establishment! The leadership in this place is non existent!!! I ended up leaving and went to Wendy’s where they were happy to drop fresh fries (per my request) even with fries in the bin!! Burger King is a convenient location with easy access, especially for westbound traffic. While service can be hit-or-miss, with some efficient and others slow, the food is cooked to order and staff are great. The restaurant is clean, and orders are accurate. However, the ice cream machine is often out of order, which can be a disappointment.
