Just left on 2/16/25. Horrible food had the catfish, corn , baked potato. The fish tasted fishy and old. The huspuppies burt. I see why know one was in line. It's sad you can't get a decent meal in West Memphis, you have to drive to Memphis to get some food. My two meals were 33.00 sad!!!! The staff and manger should be ashamed! This place has went downhill ! Be warned!!

It was terrible. I had to repeat my order several times and it still was wrong. I had to wait several minutes while they tried to get it right. l don't understand "fast food" here. They are not prepared.
Ordered 2 piece fish and 6 piece shrimp. Got 1 piece fish and 4 piece shrimp. Shut this place down.

The food is horrible OMG it's horrible !!!! The little piece of fish I got was burnt fried shrimp was okay the garlic shrimp tastes like it's been sitting around for a long time the fries taste like they've been sitting around all day. Just nasty OMG money down the drain the hush puppies taste like dried up old cornbread. I used to love Captain D's when it was in KC M O... Fry's got to be bad lwhen my dog won't eat them LOL can I get a $10 gift card sent to my house in Texas LOL that's how bad it is you want to return it. Also I didn't even get my crackling crumbs WOW!!!. The pictures of the food look better than the food that you get in real life LOL
