Online states closes at 11pm but they actually close before the posted time of 10pm

If umi could give a negative 100 I would... It's terrible and I love chicken it was oily the gravy to the mashed potato was oily never again

Food is always freshly cooked and tasty. Customer service is lacking in small areas regarding friendly and courteous service.

This must be the location that only hires people who had an IEP in school. We visited today, 6/28/25, and they were out of okra, hot sauce, jalapeño bombers, and several sodas. I ordered all of those items via the church’s chicken app. I was told to request a refund thru the app because they could not substitute those items or complete a refund. That’s BS. I called customer service whom said a refund can only be processed thru the exact location. The MOD called the GM who assisted her with my refund. The little radio dude at the register was not helpful at all.

My food has always been hot at this location. The staff work hard but the managers work even harder to get you in and out in a timely manner with your correct order. They keep a good work attitude.

Waited 28 minutes on Mac and cheese that staff did not even say was not ready. Overheard them saying 9 mins which turned into 28 mins. Bought the big family pack costing right at $30 and got home to no yes 0 none of the 5 honey biscuits. Chicken was good but cold and okra was cold and hard due to wait on Mac & cheese and absolutely not a biscuit to be had.

The food was very, very delicious. I honestly have no complaints at all. The seafood empanada was immaculate. The atmosphere was very laid-back and comfortable.

I'm sorry to say, I had taste Church Chicken before. But at this place the floor taste like cardboard with no seasonings. But the biscuits were to die for.
