This visit was a complete disaster. I stop on trips around twice a week when on the road. I will not be back. I even erased the app on my phone. Any franchise that would allow such a poor location is not worth depending on for future visits.
The last 3 times I have done a pick up order the food was cold, mashed potatoes looked days old and cold, catfish must of been fried in old grease and was cold, green beans was cold. Didn’t get my cornbread that I ordered no syrup with pancakes. I spend anywhere from 25 to 50 dollars and I expect to get quality food and what I ordered. It’s like no one takes pride in their jobs anymore. I promise any worker or manager would not have eaten what they served me
☹️☹️ The restaurant was virtually empty (which tells you something) but we had to wait to be seated. We did not get what we ordered and NEVER got part of our order.
