Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Peach cobbler was horrible. Like they emptied a can of peaches and put a gram cracker on top and that was it…. I love Cracker Barrel but this location did not do well. Small proportions too. Do better Memphis!

I ordered online tonight and got curbside pick up. I really wish I'd just gone home. I ordered the campfire beef, steak, and chicken along with the shareable trio. The trio should have been cinnamon rolls, fried pickles, and fried onions. What I got was a raw chicken, no beef, no cinnamon rolls, and a steak so tough we could have chewed shoe leather, and it wouldn't have been as tough. The only good thing was that the manager was quick to address the issues. I have no complaints about how quickly the manager handled the issue when I called. I live roughly 30 miles aways so I couldn't have come back to get a fresh order, though the manager offered both for me to get a new order or a refund, which I appreciate.

Our waitress wasn't very friendly! The table was wet that we sat down at. They were out of ranch dressing, green beans, and Dr. Pepper.

Worst cracker barrel experience i have ever had!

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Our waitress was terrible, didn't wait on us then took forever to get our order, then got drinks just before our food came. I ordered the roast beef with double mash potatoes, I have ordered it around the country at other locations, always the same, not this time. I'm not sure what this was but it wasn't what I ordered. Then server said she was bringing bread since food was slow, asked for blackberry jam, got 2 biscuits and 2 hard corn muffins, frozen butter packs (2), no jam. Needed refills, had to ask another server for them. The food was gross, service terrible, go somewhere else!

Buy far the worst Cracker Barrel I have ever been to got a steak and eggs steak was ordered medium it’s was raw , never got my toast , ask for lemon got it after everything else service was pathetic to say the least

The atmosphere was fun with all of the decor and the gift shop. Our server was very nice but slow as were the other servers. The food was served cold. U returned mine with most of my biscuit on the dish to be heated up but when I got it back it appeared to be newer and no biscuit. I could not bring myself to complain so I sucked it up and made do. Will not go back.

Placed an online order for Campfire Chicken and arrived for pickup a 6:55, which is the time I was told it would be ready. Apparently they had run out and it takes an hour to make, but no on told me this until I had been waiting for 45 minutes. The guy working the register, who was on a personal phone call for the first 15 minutes I was there, just kept telling me it was almost done. Finally the manager told me what the delay was, and she said the app can't tell if they're out of something. So, finally after over an hour waiting, I got my to-go order...and was about to be even more disappointed. I think the chicken must be sourced from under the nearest overpass, because it was the size of a pigeon. And my $3 side of greens was in a small container that was only half full. In short, this was a very disappointing experience

The silverware was not clean on all three of us. We asked for plastic to-go eating utensils, but you only had spoons. So, we took our silverware and washed it at your bathroom sink. Someone had put water in the Tabasco, so we had to ask for a new unopened bottle.

Made our experience undesirable, because we questioned the kitchen sanitary procedures and its overall food service management.
