Every time I stop at West Memphis it takes forever to get food. I thought maybe ordering on-line was going to be quicker but it wasn't. I sat in my truck and waited almost 45 minutes after placing my order for them to bring it out to me. I stopped here back in may also took a really long time to get food. when asked why so long they said all there servers where off work due to graduation. stopped one other time after may and the current visit and it wasn't great either.

Service was too slow. It took an hour to receive our food and it looked like it had sat under a heat lamp too long.

My family and I ate at this location while traveling on vacation and the food was superb! Customer service was excellent and food came in a timely manner! We’ll definitely be back.

Food was cold. All of it. Meatloaf and 3 sides. Had to be taken back and microwaved. Waitress acted like it was a burden for me asking to hear it up.
