The food was good but not hot when it came out. For the money spent, I feel the food should've been hot. I was also unaware that they didn't take cash which led me to have to use a credit card. But overall, it was a good experience.
This is our second disappointment this year. In July for my birthday the steak was burnt. This last (November 9th) my wife's birthday we had company from Alabama with us. The crab cakes were greasy and not cooked hard enough for my wife and a friend. The braised beef was a little burnt. The waitress was very nice and apologetic for the long wait to bring our food.
Excellent place. Service is outstanding!!! All the staff are super friendly and always working to make your time there enjoyable. Food is consistently great
And leave our server name was Lamont that may not be correct but the service was great. Steak was good baked potato was good. I got the additional blue cheese butter, which there wasn't much of, I would have liked to have had about double the amount that was on there. Normally we would each get a sale but we weren't that hungry.
The price listed is for the steak ONLY. Sides are 10.00 each and are not worth the price. Server was nice and friendly, however a 715 reservation and we didn't get food until 845 is crazy. Not to mention the food was not “hot” but the steaks were burnt on the outside. Just not a great experience for a 350.00 + tip bill
This was our second time eating here. Our waitress was busy doing something when we were sat and we had two different people come to ask if she had been with us yet and to make sure everything was good. We she came she was very friendly and apologetic even though we only waited for a few minutes, it actually gave us time to go over the menu. The food was cooked to perfect. I ordered the filet med-rare and it came out perfect and when I cut it open it was not sitting in a pool of juice.
Everything was wonderful. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday on August 29th. The young ladies that greeted us set the tone of what would become a great experience. Our server was Mr. Barnes and OMG, he was so professional in the way he carried himself, the way he spoke to us and the attention he gave to our request. In this era of terrible service it was a pleasure to have a wonderful dinner that was so delicious and exactly what we requested. Because of how he spoke, I asked where he was from. In the brief conversation, he was so engaging with us like we had known each other for years. We eat out quite often and have had plenty of service and servers that were not kind. It was such a breath of fresh air being at Ignite for the first time. We plan to come back soon and hopefully Mr. Barnes will be there. Thank you Ignite for the delicious food and hiring the staff we encountered 💖

The service here was horrible once we sat down. We sat down around 8:05pm and didn’t get greeted 8:41pm. Can’t even talk about the food since I’m still waiting on it. I came here last week and sat at the bar top and had great service and loved the food, this week I decided to bring my mother and was seated in the dining room side. What was a five star visit turned into a one star visit but bc they gave us lobster egg roll on the house I’ll bump it up to a two star.

First time eating dinner there. The waitress was good. The Cajun pasta was terrible. It was small portions, very dry with the bare minimum sauce, no seasoning & overpriced. Definitely forced myself to eat it being it was $33. The water & bread was the best thing.

Had dinner there Friday night. The food was amazing to say the least. I had the Cowboy steak and my wife had the New York strip. Our server was the best, I think her name was Makita. She should get a raise. I highly recommend this to everybody.

This place continues to avoid a fifth star as it still is not giving that combination of quality and value that I expect. Bread is served and some of it is soft as can be, some as hard as a crouton. Water is served out of fancy, branded vessels but tastes like it came from the tap. The collards were salty, but the Cajun pasta came as advertised - quality protein and just enough heat. They made me a smoked Old Fashioned that paired well with the meal. Where this place shine is its service. Joy provided that perfect combination of attentive and knowledgeable, and was also a great conversationalist. I left feeling very happy with my experience.
Our server “Joy” was just that. She was extremely attentive and engaging. She's great with suggesting wines and meal selections. However the food lacked seasoning, my partner had the ribeye and it was okay. The redfish was good, however pairing it with grits was not a good idea. My friend who is vegetarian did not enjoy her vegetables, lacked flavor. I was disappointed with the banana pudding, beautiful presentation, but not enough cookies in the actual dish(I will have to stick with my Kroger brand) The Cajun pasta was okay...the lobster bisque was too fishy. Ambience was nice.
It was our first time there. Shan, our waitress was phenomenal. She was very attentive & provided a great dining experience. The food was good and so were the drinks. Everything was top notch! Definitely going back
I hosted dinner at Ignite, friends were in town from Atlanta. They loved it, and it's the best dining experience in West Memphis. I love Ignite!💜
