Today we decided to come out to the casino just to hang out. Instead of the usual buffet we decided to try Ignite and boy this place did not disappoint. Ignite Restaurant is an absolute standout and a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming, making it perfect for a special night out or a relaxed dinner before enjoying the casino. The service is consistently outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling rushed. Marika was our server. Top notch. The food is where Ignite truly shines. Every dish is beautifully presented and packed with flavor, clearly made with high-quality ingredients and care. From perfectly cooked steaks to delicious sides and expertly crafted cocktails, everything is done to perfection. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in delivering an elevated dining experience. It was our first tine eating at Ignite, and we thought everything was great. The atmosphere, the service, and the food were each outstanding. We would definitely return in the future.

Came over from Memphis to game and have a nice dinner out for a Sat night. I should have know, when the hostes put me and wife in the back at a long 6 person table where there normally host private partys/events. There was a birthday party going on with huge group of 10+ people, the enviroment was so loud and not what we were expecting at all. Service was horrible and not even close to being up to par. If you are expecting a Ruth Chris, Captial Grill, or Flemings this isnt the place. I have also been to many casino around the country and they always have at least one nice/fine steak house, or restaurant and this place dose not check any of those boxes.

We enjoy dining at Ignite. We have tried the Filet, Lobster Tail, Sea Bass, Halibut and Chicken Scallopini for main courses and all have been outstanding. The salads and vegetable sides are also very good. The last couple times we dined at Ignite; we had the pleasure of having Le Shante as our server and she is outstanding!

To get there about 10:15 pm and there closing at 11:00 pm and for everything to come out fresh was amazing I had a 22oz steak it was seasoned well and cooked just the way I like it medium well mashed potatoes looked plain but had plenty of flavor also had the creamy spinach which had just a little too much salt it was still good will be going back best steak I have had in the Memphis area in a while came out right the first time 😊

I was very pleased with my experience at Ignite Steakhouse inside the southland casino. The food was wonderful. The drinks were delicious and the service was impeccable. Our server was Alyse and she is top notch all the way! I had the short ribs and they were wonderfully cooked, the vegetables were mashed potatoes with pickled onion and fresh carrots. It was a winning combination. My dining companion had a small fillet and a baked potato. His was also excellent! I would not hesitate to return to this establishment.

The steak and deviled eggs were perfect. The service was perfect. The sides were awful. We got Brussel sprouts & Mac & cheese. The Brussels sprouts were hard & raw and the Mac & cheese was basically noodles and cheese with zero seasoning. Nothing. Not even salt & pepper. There were 2 tables around us with half drunk people that were talking loud between each other and other people at another table on FaceTime on speaker phone. It's like no one had any table manners or knew how to conduct themselves in public. We probably could've had a better meal at the buffet or one of the other restaurants inside the casino. Our steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned well.
Expected better. My wife ordered the lamb chops medium and I ordered the Rib Eye Medium rare. Lamb chops came medium rare. Closer to rare. Rib Eye came in medium. Wine list needs improvement. Crème Brûlée was So So. Guess there was a reason this place was only 20 % full

The food was good but not hot when it came out. For the money spent, I feel the food should've been hot. I was also unaware that they didn't take cash which led me to have to use a credit card. But overall, it was a good experience.

This is our second disappointment this year. In July for my birthday the steak was burnt. This last (November 9th) my wife's birthday we had company from Alabama with us. The crab cakes were greasy and not cooked hard enough for my wife and a friend. The braised beef was a little burnt. The waitress was very nice and apologetic for the long wait to bring our food.

I got the additional blue cheese butter, which there wasn't much of, I would have liked to have had about double the amount that was on there. Normally we would each get a sale but we weren't that hungry.
