When we first arrived we were ignored until an off duty assistant manager got the servers attention. When the server attended to us, she had all but two tables to take us to, as the restaraunt was nearly empty. We were lead to a table which was dirty, so we chose to leave. As we were walking across the parking lot the off duty assistant manager called out to us to ask why we left. When we explained she asked us to come back inside and she would serve us. She led us to a much better table, and took our order, coordinated with the cook, and introduced us to the manager. The trio exceeded our expectations and served the most delicious meals we have had at any IHOP. They are to be commended for their excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere. I had a note with everyone's names, but I have since lost it. I did leave them a generous tip.

They cooked my food the way I wanted it. So I'm very satisfied about that. The issue was the availability of products I had to choose what I ordered it was not available. The waitress seem to be overly worked but she was kind.

Pretty busy during the day between 2 and 4 it slows down. Severs depends on tips. Company pays minimum wage for servers which is less than 3 bucks an hour.

Well first of all , being located IN the Petro truck stop the service NEEDS to be a WHOLE lot faster as truckdrivers are on a VERY tight schedule. The crew here is sparce to say the LEAST. When a waitress has to leave the floor to help cook is unacceptable. Corporate MUST take measures to increase the staff !!! I was here the day after Christmas and the waitress was very nice and service was good and coffee WAS plentiful !! THIS TIME ??? NOT at all. Had to flag her down after 30 minutes because she was doing 10 or more other tasks instead of checking on customers. Not her fault - CORPORATE !!! When the food came it was good and hot on a hot plate. My wife omellet was oily for a veggie omellet. My country fried steak was blan and the supposedly 2 eggs was barely one. Not worth the $14.99. Pancakes WERE good!! There were several seats available but the greeter told one couple there would be a 30 to 35 minute wait . why when seats were available. Walked in at around 12:30 and it's noe 2pm. Good thing I'm not in a hurry or a truckdrive. HIRE MORE STAFF !!! NOT REPLACING THE ONES YOU HAVE BUT INCREASE THE NUMBER !!! You will see much improved ratings when you do. Thank you.

This is now edited. The manager Frediona really took care of us and showed us great customer service and top notch food. Me and my wife will definitely be back.
Need to give a shout out to this location. All the staff are on top of their game. All displayed excellent customer service. Fredeona was especially outstanding as a one woman show for the morning shift. She waited tables, worked the counter and cooked the food. She did all this faster than some ihops that are fully staffed.

Listen I didn’t even sit down for 5 minutes before I left. I couldn’t dare stand another minute of the nasty, vile, disgusting and ugly attitude of that POOR middle aged woman who works there serving customers. Like why is she still employed there? Everyone in the reviews know who I’m taking about. PLEASE, don’t ever bring your hard earned income to that establishment. Complete peon behavior. I am completely appalled.

The waitress was nice she was a more mature lady but the breakfast was honestly one of the worst I have ever had in my life. The only edible thing was the fried potatoes It was a complete waste of money. I’m sorry but wouldn’t be able to go back. Can’t keep throwing away money.
