So I called and it’s the Petro not ihop. Went inside and I was ignored. Got in my truck and rode out. I wonder how they are still open.

Placed an online order 20 minutes before going to pick it up. Was told it wasn't ready and they were unsure how long it would take. Overall it took over 40mins of me waiting, the cooks/kitchen staff need to be re-trained or replaced!

Can't review the food. After being seated for over 10 minutes and not having a waitress or waiter stop by, I left. The person that seated me was just short of rude, but had probably had her fill of customers being grumpy when she told them the building had no water so I could get nothing to drink with my meal. So far, I'm 0 for 2 at this IHOP. Last time, they were closed (2 am on a tuesday) and this time they might as well have been. The place had customers, but it was far from crowded or full.

Came here for dinner, food was as expected. But I was over charged at the register for the waffles and I still left a tip just because it's the type of customer I am. Won't be coming back tho. I paid 10 dollars extra for the waffles when I was told something else by the waitress . Which was very nice. But I'm still giving it 2 stars. Hope everyone has a better experience.
We came in for breakfast this morning, & your hostess/waitress was in a bad mood. (I understand that we all have those days, but you shouldn't act like that at work. ) My food was ice cold....but my husband's was hot...I don't know if the cook, made my simple order first or what. I'm a diabetic & my sugar was dropping, so I just ate some of it. Every time the waitress came by the table, which was only a couple of times, she acted like it killed her to have to wait on us. The only things we asked for was coffee, food, & a re-fill on the coffee. Will definitely not be coming back if we can help it.
