It may be busy but to spend 10 minutes trying to get your waitress attention and to have her look directly at you and not come back. Finally after 3 acknowledgment the waitress came back to the table and changed my drink I had ordered a strawberry lemonade but all it was was a cup full of ice a little water and sugar my food finally arrived45 min later for waffles by the time I got it it was cold the butter would not melt so now they're remaking it at first she offered to put in the microwave no I do not want my waffles in the microwave. And to add insult to injury when I receive my receipt I didn't look at it until I was away from the restaurant and I see they charged me for the strawberry lemonade which I did not drink and I sent back and I still gave her a $5 tip on a $20 order that's why I don't like tipping for bad service. Latest development I did speak to management they said that they will issue me a gift card and apologize for the inconvenience

If you look at my pics the blueberry pancakes look amazing. That is if you ordered them. You wanted to be somewhat healthy and get protein pancakes with a few blueberries on them. Instead you got a diabetes-inducing carb-load because they were out of protein mix. They also dumped glaze and all kinds of stuff on them. My omelette was pretty good but $2 for 4 slices of avocado seems a bit steep. I thought overall it was pretty good but my fiancée was super bummed about hers because they were out of the protein mix and then they basically gave her something completely different than what she ordered. $50 for breakfast is getting crazy but just the times we live in. :(

Worst place in the world after waiting 15 minutes to be seated At 4 pm on a Friday and only one elderly lady running the store I left will never return I left a Petro to come to the flying j to eat at Dennys update went to dennys sat right away and ordered food minutes after sitting no excuse for ihop poor poor management deplorable district manager and store manager needs replacement

Well having a breakfast here turned out to be a complete joke, after sitting here for 40 minutes without even being acknowledged, I finally asked if I’m ever gonna be served my food, after that it took another 20 minutes to get my food, I may be wrong but seems like these waitresses are racist towards white people, I had a few black folks come after me and they got served before me and that’s a fact. These days can’t even have a decent meal at the truck stop anymore ??♂️?
Extremely rude and disrespectful employees at this location, i sat down at the counter, it was dirty with food n coffee from previous guest, took over 10 minutes for waitress to acknowledge me, when she finally did, she tossed the menu on the counter in front of me, didnt ask if i wanted anything to drink, she turned to walk away , i spoke up and said excuse me ma'am twice, no response from her, i never placed an order, i left after sitting there another 15 minutes

I arrived am, West Memphis, AR. I had to asked do I seat myself because waitress didn't seem enthusiastic. The waitress was a little rude in her tone of voice. She didn't address me as sir. She had somewhat the same attitude with other guests.The reason I asked about seating is because the sign was turned around facing inward to the seating not the lobby. When placing my order, she seen to not know that the items i ordered was on the menu (Griddle combo). Bad experience. I always leave a tip but, not this time. The food was great.

My crepes and waffles only came with one strawberry each that were only cut in 1/4, no whip cream on my waffles, bacon was 3 1 inch strips of burnt grease, I only got one sausage when other people on here posted pics with 2, and my crepes were not rolled, they were just wads. I'm no chef Ramsey but I can cook simple bacon.
