Absolutely awful, went to pickup a mobile order and was told they don't have any pot pies which i did not order, then was asked to pull back into the parking lot and park, to wait over 30 minutes to get my food and it still wasnt correct. Lazy people.
every kfc in west memphis do not honor any deals as advertised. what they do is scim reciepts making a second reciept that they send to headquarters that shows afforsaid deals but the customers are charged by individual piece which is the most expensive cost. there is millions being laundered in this way and no one is do8ng anything about it.

The last couple of months this location has gotten terrible. It seems like a management change. Customer service is terrible. I used to always get 4 legs in a meal and now if you ask for it they will quickly tell you they can't (with an attitude).
I've been eating there for years and never consistently had this problem.

KFC is nothing like they used to be nothing My grandson likes it I don't eat there anymore stop for years too expensive for one thing and you get less and less food

I don’t write reviews often, but I mean, some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in fast food I witnessed tonight. A woman comes in after me to pick up an order for DoorDash, the cashier lady says “ughhh we got ANOTHER door dash order, damn.”
So unprofessional, so rude.
Mind you, at this time, there was NO body else in the lobby ordering food.
When I walked up to order, I stood there right in front where you order at for a legitimate 7 minutes before anyone walked to the front to take my order. Not a hello, one minute, how are you, nothing.
The franchisee, district manager, etc should be ashamed. Nothing but a group of bad employees feeding off each others negative energy and taking it out on the customers. Shameful.
Terrible job, guys. Do better.

Terrible! The lobby and front reaked of marijuana! I took my chicken back three times and it still was wrong! I gave them another chance because the last time l went one of the workers argued with me after l got two things instead of breasts. Happened again yesterday. I told the manager after going home and finding out l had another thigh! He offered to exchange it l was too tired to drive back!

Horrible! My son got me a chicken pot pie it was so dry , I called and told them and the young lady that answered the phone was nice and told me I can bring it back and get another one , so I pulled up to the window and , the Manager on duty had a whole attitude. He said ma'am these just came out the oven, I said look at the pot pie, he looked rolled his eyes got me another one , body language was a messed up , after I grabbed it I said thank you , he didn't say nothing back, get home. And this chicken pot pie is dry as hell too .... never again I'll drive to the other one before I go back to that one...

I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times now and have been charged each time, but never get any food and i have to right to get my money back. They blame it on door dash or grubhub but im always told its due to the restaurant not being able to fullfill the order?!?! So KFC I will say this.... Order. The. Chicken. You. Advertise!!! This time it was chicken tenders.... last time it was original recipe..... absolutely ridiculous. Should just close this business....
