Just ordered food and waited for over 20 minutes and when I left the have no sauce and missing sides and different sandwich in the bag. What is going with these people???? The employees were laughing and chatting amongst themselves and with other people in the restaurant who appeared to be their friends. They gave me an incomplete order, and when I went to ask for the missing items, which were the side dishes (mashed potatoes and mac and cheese), they told me that the order had been given to me complete, implying that I was lying. Instead of talking about marijuana and other nonsense, they should be doing the job they're paid for. I wish Kentucky Fried Chicken would pay attention to customer reviews, but apparently, they don't, because as you can see, there are many negative reviews of this place, and they continue to provide terrible service. I would give it zero stars, but I'm only given the option to give one. People who demand respect should give it in return. I have no reason to lie; I have money to pay for my food. I simply and respectfully pointed out that the order was incomplete.

Dirty store, horrible customer service, and long wait. We went through the drive thru but had to go inside anyway because we were given no silverware (mashed potatoes). They actually gave us a hard time asking for silverware and asked if we were eating it there. Had interactions with 3 people and all were rude. Definitely do not recommend

So, I'm to understand after not having done a single solitary thing to a living soul in this place, nearing the exit door but before going through it, black folk, working in the back of the kitchen, going to call me a cracker before leaving the building with the food I had purchased? Fancy. Everything was fine until this but I forgive you, I'm not against freedom of speech and I do not support racism but it's just a big contradiction to be working and talking like that at a business established by a white man (Colonel Sanders.) M'whah! Love you too, neighbor!

0 Stars.... Throw up emoji........ Health Department please visit this location. Stuck in traffic for 5hours on I-40 due to an accident late night. This was the only place open. It looked sketchy. I tried anyway. Just two tacos to get something in my belly. The beef was ice freezer cold disgusting. The bag was wet & leaking to the point it ripped a hole. NO LIE!!! What is wrong with this place. I've seen other reviews so I know they agree. This is a horrible location!!

This place looked terrible like every table dirty, nasty bathroom, sticky floors, chairs dirty, chairs missing pads ect. The food tasted off not totally right. All the drinks didn't taste on point either. I don't know what's up with this location but, might just want to drive on down the road.

This place is horrible. The dinner room is ALWAYS dirty. The restrooms are ALWAYS dirty. Customer service is so so on a good day. This KFC is in a prime location and at one point was really good. But now it's trash. I gave it 2 stars and that's being nice. They really need to do better. 🤢🤢🤮

Spent $16 for a big box white meat and Chicken was dry, mash potatoes where old. I'll never in my life spend my money there again. Food to high as it is and can't even get decent food.
