I came at 10 pm but they closed from inside, so no one can come in. Google says they work till 11, lady redirected me to drive thru, i mean seriously? I’m a truck driver. I don’t wanna wait in line with cars like a dumb! They need to do better!

My first time in Memphis Tennessee I am a truck driver this KFC is located next to the love truckstop very convenient for a truckers however I walk inside of this KFC just a few minutes ago and I have never seen a business establishment so dirty however a walk up to the counter and there is a young lady walk to the counter and another young lady ask her is this customer with you and she just ignore. I was just standing there as if What are you doing there very uncomfortable I think the city should close this KFC down for cleanliness honestly

Dirty and I had to wait 20 minutes to get the wrong chicken which a few pieces were basically nuggets and no biscuit which they gave me a dozen packets of honey for and seriously is this cake $5.99? I didn't know anything was wrong till I got home because my bag was glued shut

Don't come here expecting good food or good service. Just be grateful that it's there. They friendly enough. Never spit in your food that I'm aware.
Protip: If you order on a mobile app it won't take as long. Staff doesn't pay attention to the counter.

Firstly, they need to fix their online ordering system so that the receipt the workers are seeing matches what the customer has ordered. Twice we've ordered extra crispy chicken on the app and all that our physical receipt says is chicken, so I can see where this might mess them up on our order. Both times, we received original recipe chicken, which is still good, though we prefer the crispy stuff. Our large mashed potatoes and large macaroni came to us as individual sides, and had nothing in the physical receipt indicating their size other than the price. If they're slammed busy, this could also cause problems. However, after we took the items back and showed the actual emailed order receipt, they replaced them without any problems. The food was fresh and good, and they were actively cleaning the lobby when we went in. In the past it's been pretty dirty, so this is an obvious improvement. They were immediately attentive and polite, which is also an improvement from past times that we've gone to this location.

Ordered a cantina burrito box got a cantina quesadilla. While it's still a descent amount of food it's not what I ordered.
Recommend reading back people's orders before cashing out to prevent this.
Edit: they didn't even cut the quesadilla...

No crispy wings. No original wings. No wings at all lmao. 8 minutes before legs. Wont substitute thighs for all legs in the 8 pc deal. 3 guest ahead of me and an hour past before they took my order. Orders are erased off the screen as soon as it's taken to appear to be moving fast. BUT NOT. 1 star for me. Late back to work. Never again. Oh, and it's a wait on the nuggets by the way smh

Kidding aside, I’m truly worried the $30 I spent on lunch for a friend and I may kill us. This place has not been cleaned in a long minute. Honestly disgusting. Hopefully the employees wash their hands. Ice buckets on the floor in the customer seating area can’t be sanitary. At what point should a company make a leadership change with these reviews

Chicken was old, and the macaroni was dark brown. Thank God when I returned the food Coleen was there. But Demeriah didn't care about nothing. Never going back
