A group of us went through the drive through and right from the start we were spoke to over a speaker terribly, we should have just drove off. We ordered food and proceeded to the window to pay and get our food and drinks. The lady working the window was obnoxious and rude, we were told to pull forward and wait for the food even though no other cars were behind us. After about 2 minutes another lady brings the bag out and basically pushes it through the window and just want walks away. West memphis KFC needs to clean house and find customer service.

WORST food service experience EVER. Placed a pickup order, paid online. When my husband went to pick up the order, he waited almost an hour before the 'manager' told him the order had already been picked up through the drive-through. WE DID NOT GET OUR ORDER. When I called her to get a refund, she told me I had to get a refund through the app. I DO NOT HAVE NOR DO I WISH TO HAVE THE APP. I asked her three times for her name and she refused to give it to me. She hung up on me and then would not answer the phone. HATEFUL and IGNORANT. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS KFC.
