guess I'm done eating there. my family gets takeout from there usually once a week and mine is either just barely edible or inedible. soup tastes like bleach, rice isn't good, fried rice is bland and hard and definitely scooped off the buffet. tonight I got curry chicken and there was chunks of old curry roux floating all in it. no care was taken in the meal preparation at all. we'll be going to Decatur to eat Chinese from now on.
great food, great service. they're very fast and on top of things, and so so nice. i ate the sweet and sour chicken, and the chicken lo mein recently and it's so delicious. 100% recommend eating here.
i would not recommend this! below is my formal complaint to the Alabama Department of Health.
On 11/26/22 we ate at the lucky buffet (241 US-31 Ste 55, Hartselle, AL 35640).
Between 730pm and 830pm we had complained about the food being old, hard and stale. The only thing we asked for and got was Chinese donuts. They delayed 20 minutes on meat products.
