I used my points snd went to 1800 Missouri st in West Memphis AR to get a free frappe. I had placed order on app. After I gave them my code I pulled to window and was told the machine wasn’t working. I asked if I could get a coupon or money back snd she got the manager. When I asked her I was told they couldn’t do anything since it was free.
