We were waiting for food 30 minutes after the food was cooking the guy had some gloves and cleaned the floor with the same gloves he touched the food with after the incident we give this 1 star we didn’t like the service here not recommended

Stop at Marion, Arkansas store. Food was COLD; staff unfriendly; didn't put napkins or salt in bag as requested at the window. The prices were outrageous as usual. Should have skipped McDonalds. Won't make that mistake again. No more McDonalds for us ever!

First off I watched an employee using their phone while wearing gloves, then without changing gloves went to make food for orders. That is absolutely disgusting. This is the most disgusting Mcds that I have ever been inside of, there are flies everywhere, old food debris and unknown substances on all the counters in the front and back. The floors are nasty and there is pee all over the floor of the bathroom. My standards are already low for Mc Donald’s but this location falls way way lower.

Thought McDonalds would be a reasonable place to stop in West Memphis. I was wrong. Every table was dirty. Floor was sticky. Half of menu boards broken. Receipt printer broken. Ice Cream machine out of service. Do yourself a favor and stop somewhere else not in West Memphis.

Clearly said no onions. No one was doing their jobs at all and it took 15 minutes to get my food and when I got it it was all cold already. 0 out of 5 but what'd I expect I guess, its west memphis.

Me and multiple customers are driving 18 wheelers if we place an app order online for the counter how are we supposed to get our food if the lobby is closed. Either turn the counter section of the app off or keep doors open. Shouldn't be closing doors at 8 by a 18 wheeler truck stop location everyone truck is to big to go through the drive thru. And the phones are off can't call in goes to voicemail. Either fix or lose customers not everyone drives a compact vehicle. Thanks to the young man for letting us in. He Shouldn't get in trouble for paying customer.

The service here is horrible!!!!! A little short puffy man who say he’s the manager got extremely rude with me after I said hello after waiting 10 minutes at an empty drive through window. He said if you can’t wait then you can go. Calling the “tell us” number doesn’t work. They do whatever they want at this McDonald’s. If you are accustom to being treated with respect don’t go here. This was about 9:08 on a Tuesday night.
