No one can or tries to read. Waited 30 mins for curbside and still had to go in the building. Floors are greasy. Food was wrong. Just awful experience all around.

The food was good and fresh but I found it very weird how one of the employees took time out one there shift to sit and look inside my car to see if my face is familiar, mind the guy doesn't know me or who was in the car with me. I found it very suspicious and weird. He looked at me like we knew each other and another guy ran outside near the car to get a closer look at me. I don't know what y'all have going on but please do better with service, I have a boyfriend I'm not looking for a man outside of my relationship if he thought that's what I was going for.

Made our special orders wrong. And didnt give us our second bag. Had b to turn around to retrieve what we paid for. Seemed like we were an inconvenience to drive thru employees. Could barely understand the intercom on drive thru. Was very monotone mumbly.

I was in the women’s bathroom and a man employee with a black hoodie perceded to come into the women’s bathroom and start to clean I said someone’s in here and he didn’t say a word came to my stall door and tried to open it I left out and tried to call the McDonald’s it says the person your calling voicemail box is not set up I’m to shook up to go back inside I will be getting a lawyer and sue that was uncalled for

I was here November 13 around 3pm and November 14th around 12pm I had no choice. There is no fast food around here, ordered it dine in, When you walked in restaurant, you feel bad smell inside. I went to restroom for wash my hands. There’s no soap. I ordered it combo! Chicken nuggets are cold Fries cold Burgers cold Even I ordered hot coffee was cold! What kind of management over here but they need to change whole team! I ordered dine in but but they give me in bad I supposed to get medium coffee. They give me a small coffee.! Also employees talking very loud no need!

Upon arrival at the mic to order food, I was greeted politely and in a timely manner. So I ordered 2 hot and spicy and a medium fry and a the new frappe. They read everything back to be to confirm and it was correct. I paid for the food and got the food pretty quick… everything was fresh and good, buuuuut they forgot to put pickles on both of my sandwich. I was on break so I didn’t have time to go back and have them fix it so I just gave the sandwiches away, it upset me. The only way I eat a hot and spicy is with pickles I can’t eat them without. Great service and all but this location didn’t follow what I ordered.

If you really want McDonald’s, I suggest you go to the next one or go to Wendy’s down the street or maybe the KFC Taco Bell this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They can’t even get orders right this is like the third time I didn’t get my stuff and I ordered through the app.

Went to the zoo boo and Showed up an hour before close and was treated with more kindness and respect than I've ever been in a mcdonalds lobby was spotless they treated my kids like their own idk who the manager is but the night shift crew were a 10/10 absolutely incredible people the whole lot of them
