I went and made an online order a 10 piece nugget meal with a double cheeseburger and 6 piece deal due to lack of hand washing when I got into my food it taste like urine I would like to have my money back that is disgusting and lack of hygiene methods

Service here sucks. Drive through is horrible. This location is loosing alot of money due to employees not wanting to work… came through drive through 4 times and all 4 times it takes them about 20 minutes to attend a customer.

Why should it take 15 minutes to fill a Bfast order. Waited 5 minutes for someone to respond to the sqawk box, the menu is blocked by the canopy support. The people are difficult to understand and I’m still waiting! Avoid this place. R Kroc is rolling over in his grave. Had to walk in to get the food.

Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit but only got one little half piece of bacon on it the rest was biscuit egg and cheese. Other than that the rest was good.

First off smelt weed walking up to and into the store. Got my sandwiches they were cold the mc chicken was supposed to be light lettuce had just cpl prices and smashed. Second sandwich was a bacon 1/4 pounder no katcup which was done right but had moldy tasting onions on it almost raw bacon on it as well as the patty was burnt on the outside but raw in middle of the whole patty. Will never be back there is no excuse for the patty or bacon to be raw. Not to mention the guy on back line instead of using the thongs and equipment ur suppose to use to get the meat out of the trays he was using his hands good thing he had gloves on but who knows how long he had been wearing them.

Wasted my entire lunch break here and never received my order. No one would take my order in person, so I was forced to use the kiosk. I had cash and wanted to pay at the register. I guess selecting this option caused this to place my order at the bottom of their lunch rush. The same thing happened to another co-worker who elected to pay at the register.
