I just picked up an order from Ray’s on the drive back home from Arkansas to East TN after watching the eclipse and RAN here to give my review before I’m even done eating… 5++++ stars, FANTASTIC coleslaw, ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL barbecue sauce, baked beans so good I’m not even mad I have another 5 hours home in the car with my boyfriend, and I can’t say enough about the bbq nachos. Mouth-watering pilled pork! SO DELICIOUS 10/10 and so glad we stopped.Pro tip: seems like they like you to go to the drive thru window first, even if you have a pickup order (their website allows for pickup orders).

Traveling towards home and needed to stop to try some BBQ in the Memphis/West Memphis area. Growing up in KCMO where BBQ abounds, my dad taught me the best BBQ joints are the “hole in the wall” places (& just off the beaten path) for both food and service. I learned years ago he wasn’t wrong on that! Ray’s did not disappoint! Ray suggested a crowd pleaser for our family of 6 which included multiple types of ribs, pulled pork, sausages, slaw, potato salad, beans, fries, and sauce. We’ll have the best kind of leftovers for days and it was worth every penny! First class service! Thanks for the amazing BBQ and friendly service! We will be recommending to those coming through this way!

It was called William's. Must have changed owners and name.I was not impressed at all. Got the rib tips, beans, slaw, bread, and sweet tea. The rib tips were tough, the beans were ok, slaw was good, didn't get my bread, and got one of the paper straws (which is awful). Probably won't be back.

My first time trying this place after seeing it on TV after many years . I just living across the bridge in Memphis . Some of the worst bbq I ever eaten . I won't be giving it a second try . This includes the beans , sauce and slaw .

The food here is outstanding!!! We picked up food at the drive through. The food was ready really fast and the girl at the window was so friendly and helpful when it came to picking items off the menu. She is a gem and a perfect face for a restaurant like this.
Ribs were rubbery. Called them back and were told they freeze their ribs and microwave them when you order. They would not give us a refund...gave us more ribs...same rubber. Disappointing as we are from Kansas just passing through and thought we would try some of the "great bbq" this area is known for. WRONG!! I can't believe this place is in business.

By far the most disgusting food I’ve ate since being a truck driver. Asked for pulled pork sandwich and got something that wasn’t what I ordered. Asked for refund on card (not a cash refund like posted) and they wouldn’t do it so I said fine give me something else (bbq nachos) chips are stale like really nasty stale and the cheese was well I wouldn’t call it cheese or like yellow oil. The bbq pork was just chunks of fat no meat at all. The cook was pouring sweat like he was on a good one but I’m sure it was a cheap owner not having air conditioning for his employees. The waitress seemed new so I can’t blame her for not know how to do Apple Pay or that they didn’t have pulled pork but the cook should have. The fry’s were nasty unsalted sticks. I could have went next door and got way better… over all do not waste your money here. World famous garbage food and crook owner not refunding wrong order.
