For Carry Out, the Sports Bar & Grill food is always my local good to place for game night. You can't go wrong with the wings, fish, hamburgers, and/or pizza. Expect loud noise, smoke, and a little delay in service. It's the casino, so expect it. The servers work fast and friendly. Food is made at order so hot and worth the short wait.

Our servers were slow and not very attentive. We had to ask them to clear dishes and wipe crumbs from the table and when they did, they still left noticeable amounts of crumbs. Although they refilled our water once, no one really came to check on us at any point. The food was very good but the service was very lackluster.

Celebrated my birthday with my husband and Silas was the best waiter most accommodating and kind. Very knowledgeable about the menu and made an excellent recommendation for my husband to try the short ribs. Enjoyed the meal.

Loved our first time eating there last month. This time not so much. Six of us went for my wife's birthday and after we were sat it was almost 20 minutes before someone came and told us our waiter was busy and would be there shortly. 20 minutes later and he arrived. He was great when he was there but 30 minutes later we got our drinks from the bar. Another hour later we finally got our food. Over three hours and not because we were sitting around talking, except in between the slow service. Food was great and Salem was excellent when he came around.

We had a 7:15 reservation and for the 70 minutes we sat there, we only received a starter (shrimp cocktail). The restaurant was not full; there was a large party seated in the back. We sat and watched the large group receive service. While we waited, we noticed the kitchen staff left orders under the warmers for 20+ minutes. After waiting for an hour for our food (a wedge salad and red fish), we requested to speak to management. One manager was working with the large group and although she made eye contact multiple times, she stayed with the group. The second manager walked by and told our server she didn't have time to help us. We asked for our check before the manager finally came over. She did not seem thrilled to speak to us although we were being polite. She apologized for having a large party but nothing else. It's a shame because the food and service here was stellar when the casino first reopened. There were a lot of staff on the floor and in the kitchen but not many doing anything. One server was on her phone and we observed another wiping crumbs off a table onto the floor. The kitchen staff (who you can see through the dining room) seemed to be in a tiff about food tickets. We watched the same ticket get picked up and slapped down between 3 cooks. It's a shame this place has gone down so fast. We really enjoyed eating there when it first opened.

Ignite is an amazing restaurant. From the ambiance to the soothing color scheme. When we arrived there was a birthday card on the table for me. The food was incredible. We ordered the crab cake to start and it was cooked to perfection. For my main course I order the New York strip and had it butterflied. Cooked to perfection and this is the first time in my 57 years that I did not ask for steak sauce. Every bite was magnificent.

The staff was great and very polite and professional they exceeded our every expectation and were very helpful to our every need . The food was beyond great one of the best prepared steaks I have ever enjoyed. The menu was perfect and very people friendly . I was surprised that the bill was well below what I expected . I would recommend coming to Southland even if you only had a great dinner date in mind it has made our list for sure

Made a reservation. Got confirmation. Went at my designated time and restaurant was closed due to weather but casino was open. Very poor communication with customer. Waste of time and disappointed.

It was a great experience, very sophisticated atmosphere and looks for the restaurant. Fine dining it is! And Sylas was really on point, was patient and informative so we'd know what we were ordering. There was no mistake with the orders and all I can say is, “delicioso”!!!

My filet was perfectly cooked and had a great flavor. I tried the mashed potato trio and it was good too. My husband enjoyed his strip steak but absolutely loved the carrot cake. Service was prompt and courteous.

It was New Year's Eve so they were really busy. Food was cold, waited 30 minutes before I reminded them bout out drinks. Never got our soup, wrong desserts but had been there a looong time. I've been here on a regular night and everything was A1! But this night sucked.

The New Year dinner was absolutely delicious the best carmel cheese cake I ever had best lamb racks best crab cake and the beef tenderloin with the garlic mashed potatoes (chefs kiss). This was my second time eating here and as always the service was excellent strawberry lemon drop and blood orange old fashioned top favorite.

We came from Jackson, TN to celebrate my husbands birthday. There was nothing but outstanding service. We are looking forward to returning for our next special occasion. Vincent was wonderful. We are all still full from our meal last night.

Food was not good. Everything was so salty. Had to send soup back bc tasted like whole salt shaker was poured in. Then it took forever for server to come back to table to tell him. Then asked to speak to manager bc steak came out well done instead of medium rare and then covered in salt too. I am a big salt user and everything was way too salty to eat.

I arrived early and waited 5 minutes before taken to my table. There were 3 other occupied tables dining too. My server Xavier was very responsive and helpful making menu suggestions. I started with a glass of moscato. I asked if it was sweet and he said yes - it WASN'T !! For $12/glass it should hv been. I didn't return it or say anything because he didn't ask. Then I ordered the French onion soup, it was too salty but I ate it anyway. I decided to eat appetizers and sides. I ordered the shrimp cocktail- the presentation was elegant and it was very good. I really enjoyed it. The complimentary bread basket was good - it had sourdough which is my favorite. I ordered the sweet potato with a marshmallow top, asparagus, and a loaded baked potato. Potato was warm, and the other items as well. It was a little disappointing, but nothing came out hot. I ended the dinner with dessert, I don't recall if any of the desserts were without nuts, which I'm allergic to, so I ordered a scoop of Keylime ice cream that would've come with a chocolate brownie. I was charged $8 for a scoop of ice cream & didn't receive the brownie. He never confirmed if there were nuts in it or not. For a $78 dinner - not the worst dinner but not the most outstanding either especially on Christmas Eve. I thought maybe they'd have a special menu or items or even a signature dessert. It's not an experience I'd return for.
