Some of the nastiest attitudes I've ever seen!! Smh Attitude so nasty taking our order to the point we just left. Don't understand why we have to be treated like that in order to do business. We took our business to Burger King where we got treated with respect.

Man every time I go here the people taking my order always hive me an attitude and I have to correct them constantly on what I ordered. They always have an attitude. Be careful these people are rude for no reason. Been here 4 times in the last week cause my pregnant wife has cravings for the garlic butter cheeseburger. Id rather drive to another franchise at this point.

Corn dogs were fresh and cooked perfectly. My drink was spot on which is rare. Only thing I didn’t care for was as busy as the location is they took away a few stalls for mobile order and to park and eat. Absolute madhouse for parking.

A joke all the way around. Rudest “manager” supposedly I’ve ever dealt with. Had to ask a few extra questions bc they’re always out of everything but I was nothing but nice saying thank you blah blah - she wants to get real snippy with me and rush me so I canceled the order and then she got real rude and then I did too. Will literally NEVER go to this pathetic place again. If it wouldn’t be a complete waste of time to call corporate or something and complain I would because she was literally that awful.

Most of the attitudes are regularly ghetto. I ordered chicken strips combo and thought I ordered an extra Fry. One came to get the receipt and two came to double team me about some 3 dollar fries. I won't be coming back

It was a cool visit. The young girl who brought my slus had me laughing seeing she got a tip she hurried and left before I asked for change. I didn't need change so please tip your car hoppers.

This place is extremely rude. I ordered my food and waited over 30 minutes. When I inquired about my order, the staff member had an attitude. She claimed she had come looking for us, but we had never seen anyone. The only solution she offered was for us to reorder our meal. I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10 and will never return.

Walked from a local laundromat to the Sonic location. Signs on every order station stated that this location is only accepting pre-orders (via app or other). No walking or drive in orders being accepted. Tried to use your app, but there were too many issues, plus I was standing outside in 32 degrees temp.

Almost half of the menus are out of order then when you find one they want you to move from there and move closer to the building they can't fix the restaurant they need to close it
