Haven’t been here for years. What a total surprise. The casino reinvented itself, great up to date slots, feels like Vegas. . 1st class in all respects. The hotel looked great. Made reservations for a future trip. The buffet was one of the best I’ve been to in Biloxi and Tunica. Staff friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back and see if I have the same experience.

This was my first time here at this casino and I was disappointed. I made reservations online and once I made it to the property to pay they didn't honor my quote. So I canceled my reservation and only stayed one night. There was no phone service no where in the casino which was an inconvenience. The rooms were very clean and nice. I feel like there should have been more towels in the restroom. There was just a small amount of slot machines in the smoking area and they were all old. It was only self served drinks which didn't make playing fun because I was thirsty. After this experience I won't waste any of my money at this facility.

I will say the hotel room was very spacious! Pricey but spacious! Our room was really nice! Very up to date! The view was great! Not to mention we took advantage of the buffet & I usually don’t eat at buffets but I must say the food was quite flavorful. The only downside was that the bartender at the buffet was a bit rude. I guess his patience wore thin by closing time but other than that we had a great experience!Food & drinks: This casino has several restaurant & bar areas in addition to a nice buffet!

It’s a very nice place for where it is. Feels like a casino in a mall. Rooms are a little plain but nice. Not Vegas but but clean. Couple decent food options with late night cafe. Non-smoking!!

This was one of the two issues I had here at Southland Casino Hotel. My bathroom was flooding, and I was charged twice for a one night stay, and no one could correct either issue. The front desk told me I needed to contact Expedia because the trip was booked with their website, but how is Expedia going to help with a flooding room on your property.

The parking situation is quite disorganized, making it unnecessarily challenging to navigate. Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately directed to security, which is a positive aspect for business operations. However, the excessive number of gaming machines is somewhat overwhelming. It has been quite some time since my last visit to a casino, approximately 18 years old, and I was struck by the significant changes that have taken place. I felt a sense of uncertainty regarding where to proceed. With a predetermined budget of $100, I entered the casino with the aspiration of achieving a significant financial gain. Unfortunately, the outcome was not in our favor, resulting in a loss of $200 each. At that point, we mutually agreed to depart from the establishment. While I appreciate the entertainment value of casinos, they do not align with my personal preferences or financial capabilities.

We are spending our anniversary here and have been so pleased! Our corner room view is lovely, the shower amazing and the bed so cozy! The room was cleaned with care! Check in was a breeze too! We will be back!
