Guy in the lobby shouting at children and threatening people. Workers shrugged and laughed.
Half KFC, half taco bell, out of half the menu options.
Orders were wrong, items were missing, but the lobby experience didn't give me any confidence they could or would fix anything.

I’ve visited regularly on my lunch breaks and the service is always terrible. The drive thru is always packed because no one is taking orders. So I go inside to order. Then there’s people standing around not taking orders having conversations with a line at the register.

Some food was fresh some was old but the young lady at the drive through I could tell hated her job she was unfriendly and kinda rude and made me feel uncomfortable ordering from her in case I made her mad she seemed like to type to spit in your food. That was the vibe she was giving off I don't know her and I've only been here once passing through town, but I definitely wouldn't stop here again.
