I ordered a bean burrito got to my car it was literally ice cold like it just came out of the fridge went back and got another one got to the car it's warm until you get to the middle and it's like it's cold like it came out of the fridge how can you not heat a burrito. And I have called several times they won't answer

Overpriced, overcooked, and the worst service I've experienced in a while, out of fries, out of soft drinks, cashier may need an intervention soon, obviously hates her job or is being held against her will 😆 $15 for crappy chicken and a hard biscuit

Service asked us to back up because they could see our friendly dog in the window, then gave us burritos butting out of the side. Trash restaurant

All the tables were dirty. Couldn't get a receipt said the machine was down. Went back to ask for napkins because the chicken was so greasy and oily. And was told they don't have none either had to go into the bathroom. Of course they had a roll of paper towels. Would not recommend going there again. Bad attitude, dirty.

Management here is solid. Rest of the team, TRASH. I’ve been here too many times and I still keep gettin trash treatment. It was convenient but I won’t be back.

Cashier on her phone chillin had to round her back behind the counter like cattle to get my order

Literally half cooked taco bell food, at least the fried chicken is done right who'd of guessed

Bad part of town rampant with homeless folk and these places and surrounding resturants close early because crime

I've even seen these resturants get robbed at knife or gunpoint for food in the past

Save your money and life and go elsewhere in a better part of town if there even is one in Memphis

Mold IN THE TEA & Burrito ! Then plastic in the nachos!
Our drive through order took twenty eight minutes. Then the people were Absolutely the slowest and worst employees. Rude and horrible hygiene. We didn't even get the correct order. This place needs to go out of business.
