Not sure how many times I've eaten here, I drive a truck and ever chance I get i stop and eat at the fry house. It always been great, I get the wings. They are....were great. This time they are small, dry and chewy. Very disappointed 😞. Definitely not worth stopping for, if this is the new standard for the Fry House

Our server “Joy” was just that. She was extremely attentive and engaging. She's great with suggesting wines and meal selections. However the food lacked seasoning, my partner had the ribeye and it was okay. The redfish was good, however pairing it with grits was not a good idea. My friend who is vegetarian did not enjoy her vegetables, lacked flavor. I was disappointed with the banana pudding, beautiful presentation, but not enough cookies in the actual dish(I will have to stick with my Kroger brand) The Cajun pasta was okay...the lobster bisque was too fishy. Ambience was nice.

I hosted dinner at Ignite, friends were in town from Atlanta. They loved it, and it's the best dining experience in West Memphis. I love Ignite!💜

My experience at Ignite Steakhouse was marred by the incompetence of the staff. It took more than 10 minutes to even see a server after being seated (and the restaurant was less than half full). Neither the hosts (who sat me and eventually got me some water), nor the server knew what the restaurant's bar stocked. Bread service took almost 30 minutes. Then the various courses of food were brought to the table in the wrong order and then had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp until they were later brought out in the correct order. There were several employees wandering around trying to "help," but none of them seemed to know what they were supposed to be helping with (one finally asked to refill my water, but only after staring at me for a while, not quite sure why they had at arrived at my table). Some of the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant, particularly a higher-end steakhouse. The food was OK and the bread (when it finally arrived) was quite tasty . The main course had obviously been on the plate for a while when it was finally served 30 minutes after they tried to serve it before I'd gotten a salad (or even a drink). The ambience was nice and they did a good job of insulating the restaurant from the very noisy casino floor just outside, but that didn't make up for the poor service, uninformed staff, and food that was not worth the price tag.

All staff display an excellent amount of professionalism. They are welcoming, and catering to you as their guests. The food is good, but the staff interaction is always the best part for me.

We had the shrimp cocktail & calamari to start. Then cowboy ribeye & lamb chops. Bourbon bread pudding with Area 51 ice cream & a warm brownie with same ice cream. It was perfection. YUMMY & DELICIOUS! Chan was an awesome & attentive server. Her server asst was great as well. Beverages replenished, bread warm & nice atmosphere. Will visit again.

Shanina was the worst nasty attitude ever and don’t follow instructions at all and trying make me pay for food that I simply said when I got to the counter was I would like to use my comps and not food credit then want to have the audacity to frown because I stated I ask for you to use my comps and like place my receipt and en down heart. Like mam , I didn’t sleep with u for God sake ugh just get my order right then the chicken tenders came out half cooked ughhhj. Just put my comps back on my card.
