The service was terrible. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks. Never brought salad or soup. Finally brought the soup with our meal and still charged for it. For the prices, the service should be much better. The steak was pretty good.

Initially we were seated next to door where it seemed rather noisy; but after requesting to either have door closed or be moved, we were moved to a more suitable table. We could see in the kitchen. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. The lamb lolli was delicious (will order 2 of these next time). The 6-oz filet was cooked to perfection. Overall, a nice dinner.

I was never a fan, but last night was the worst.We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, Cajun fries, and catfish.Our buzzer was ringing, we went to the counter - they could not find the order.I waited around and saw a box coming out of the kitchen. It looked like the chicken sandwich, and I asked if it was that ours. No, it is not your number.I sat down, and my husband waited for the food. I saw the employee running around with the same box and two others, and I asked again. No, not yours....well, in the end, it was our food...The chicken was, of course, cool by then. The fries were soggy. The worst was the bun - it was ICE cold as if it came straight out of the freezer...I am glad we used out comp. If I had spent money, I would have been mad.

Noise level way too high. Food was awful last night. Forgot to bring a salad. Forgot to bring us some bread. Took an hour and a half to get served. Shrimp had burnt bacon. The pork chop was nothing but fat and tasted awful and thrown upon some nasty sweet potatoes and horrible vegetables. The sweet potato pave' was hard and not even sweet. We never saw our waitress but one time. We won't be eating there again as this was the second bad experience we had there.

The ambience was perfect, the food spectacular, the service was acceptable accept for one issue; I was treating a male friend for D-day, server greeted us with a signed card for him from staff, perfect table, but issued all attention on male bday guest and female guest, me, was paying the tab. I felt discriminated against by staff member.

Our service from our server was horrible and she wasn't even busy. Our beverages were hot and my food was cold when it got to our table and with the high prices I expected more to be honest. It was our anniversary dinner and I was disappointed.
The three of us had filets and they were perfect ??. Sylas was Amazing as usual, the server assistants were all great too. Door hostess Tina was so welcoming and the new manager Robin was very friendly and welcoming also!

We truly enjoy the Ignite Steakhouse every time we eat there. The staff has always been friendly and professional, but It seems when it is very busy that you don't get the A-1 service that you may have received at slower times. The side dishes were merely just have full and the special request for the salad was overlooked, Had to wait extra time for a bar drink, because we were told the bar was busy. It is overall a very nice steakhouse

From the Hostess (Tina), to the manager (Robyn) and our waiter (Vincent), the experience for my family and I was amazing! We celebrated my mother's birthday but she was greeted a card the staff signed before we arrived- what a special touch!! My cocktail was great (Charred Old Fashion) and the meal was exquisite. The kitchen staff did a great job on my redfish (loved the presentation & sides) and T-Bones for everyone else. Nothing bad to say about anything. Mom wanted an encore the next night, smh!! We will return soon!

Sorry no pics for this one. The wings were.good . They were fried right and the buffalo sauce along with the lemon pepper was very good. The fish was small for the.price and cooked really soft. My wife had a chicken sandwich that was not.very good. The piece of chicken was very small. It was the size just larger than an oreo cookie. If you like wings this is a good place to go. Get the bucket.youll love it. Oh yeah the service was the best.

All this while there were literally (5) table service staff standing at their station 10 feet away. A manager with a computer tablet roamed the room doing something other than taking care of guests. In my opinion this restaurant is only for the casino to take care of patrons with comps.

Sat us at the very 1st table at the door. Cold & everyone staring in our face. I hated that. Undercooked my steak, had to send it back. Very noisy. But the service was very good. Our waitress was awesome. I don't think it was worth the $250 price tag. I was expecting better food and a better ambience. Needs improvement. I give it a 3.5
This night there was a special menu curated for Valentines Day with a starter platter, soup or salad, entree and a dessert. The food was portioned very well to complement the 4 course menu. Everything that left the kitchen was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a great Valentine's experience and meal.
Love the ambiance, food was great, service was excellent. My wife loved it. The menu offered A decent selection but not great and the cost was a little pricy. I will certainly visit again.
