Waited over an hour for my food to be given the wrong food called for a Supervisor and was given to run around To top it off the staff was very Unprofessional this Experience has made me not want to come back to this casino i give this Restaurant A negative 0 stars

They Need 2 Tighten Up N That Kitchen...It Was Late/Early Morning & They Were The Only 1st Open...As I Went to Throw My Plate Away,another Lady told Me her Food Was Terrible, as She Was Headed to The Trash as Well...She Had Wishes for me & The Other Girl Next to me saying "I Hope Yall Food Was Good, Cause MINES Wasn't" She Replied...Soon As I Finished That Food, I Had to Go to The Bathroom ASAP...Usually When My Body Does This, & It's Not Time It's Food Poisoning...Didn't Feel Sick, & or Have to Go Again...Though...THANK GOD...
Catfish Was Fried Hard, & They Need To Reconsider the JUST Cornmeal Recipe...U Will Wait a Good While for ya Food...I Was 25mins With Barely Anyone There...Fries Were Hard as Well, & Had to Throw a Good Bit Out...Check Ya Food Before Leaving As Well...I Ordered Diet Pepsi No Ice, & you Know What I Got Right??? U Guessed it...Then, I Look On The Ticket, & It's Clearly There...The Girl Tried to Drain The Ice, From Another Cup, Then Take that Half, & Refill... I'm Like Nahhhh

Employees more interested in chatting amongst themselves at 643am. Food is priced for a “casino” experience. No real cream for the coffee just little instant pods.It’s a coffee shop that has an identity crisis. It wants to be a real coffee shop but that last little bit of effort is just not there. They need a coffee shop expert to really fix some things.Here’s a perfect example of the identity crisis - the packaging. Half paper half plastic? Either go all one way or the other.

The food was very overpriced for the quality.We ordered shrimp and grits with veggies and beef pot roastEverything was we got, reminded us as can- foods or Dollar General take home foods. Of course we ate the food because we were hungry and already spent the money, but the Salvation Army could have prepared a better meal.
