I’m a DoorDash driver and the staff is very rude. I waited over 30 minutes while other customers came and went. They were out of most everything. I do not recommend this particular Wendy’s unless you have other options.

The staff is rude, slow and tries to steal your food. All while trying to accuse you of it. Purposely left a sandwich out of my bag. Then tried to practically search me for it. All while one of the workers had it hidden on the side of the fry area. Steer clear!

Did a reset, so ate here twice. Thursday, they were so high they were lost and wandering got my order wrong. Friday, my order was short but was on the road before I realized.

Cashier has a very nasty attitude. I asked for fresh fries and she gave me some old stale cold fries. When I asked for a new order of fries, she said they are fresh and slammed the window shut. Please hire some ppl that actually want to work and with better attitudes. This person is clearly the wrong person to be working in customer service or around food

Wait for ever, food is most of the time not fresh, and then they don't get your oder right half the time.

Manager never helps. Just sits around.

Pilot should just close this down and turn it into a food court or something. Been coming for the last 8 months to this pilot and it only gets worse.

First placed an order on the mobile app which didn't go through so had to get a refund then replace my order once there. Which they still got wrong had to steal my husband's fries since I didn't receive mine. So infuriating and just a waste of time, have been to much better Wendy's. THIS ONE IS NOT IT.
