The workers did not acknowledge the 2 customers (me and another person) they had waiting in line for more than 5 mins. It was night time, they were not busy at all. It looked like they didn't want to attend to us at all.
I came in an hour before closing and they refused to cook any food

It's pretty much a gamble. You might go in and have a pleasant visit with decent service but don't count on that to be the norm. This morning I simply got ignored even after I politely asked if someone would take my order after which I just walked out. I guess high fiving coworkers and gigging was more important.
