I was waiting in line for 4 minutes with four customers in front of me, they been waiting for 10 to 15 minutes on one has taken their order. One by one they left. I asked if anyone was working the front counter , no one answer . Terrible customer service. This Wendy’s needs to be reviewed or get a new manager with new workers

Rude people! The associate agreed they messed up my order but wouldn't fix it.. it'll mess up their food cost because it was ordered thru a delivery app, cursed me out while insulting me and hung up the phone, nothing but my drinks were correct in the order and it was really late and came cold!

Came through the drive-thru, ordered drinks and a frosty - we pay and get pulled forward to wait. Eventually, young woman comes out with our drinks and proceeds to spill a coke into my lap through the car window, without an apology or any effort to stop the cup tilting in her hand. Tells us they're out of ice cream, no apology, just demands we come inside if we want a refund and then leaves without offering any napkins for the coke soaking into my lap and down my car door.

Very disappointing service.

We arrived 9 am on a Friday morning for breakfast and no one answered the speaker at drive thru then drove to the window two employees looked at us and walked away, we went inside and they looked at us and walked away. Would never return

Awful!! At Drive Thru. Placed order. Paid. Was told to back up until my order was ready. ??? Asked why? Was told “You can’t sit at the window on MY clock.” I responded backing was a safety hazard, could I pull up and someone bring the order. The female at the window stated, “No, because we’re not coming out in the rain.” I requested a refund. The look, disgust, tone, poor CS. What in the world!! Who’s hiring these kind of people!! Where’s the respect? Whose child is this? Her attitude reflects poorly on the company & her parents!! This is a Drive-Thru, NOT a Drive-Back-N-Forth!! Then I thought, Is Wendy’s mgmt forcing time-limits at the window to the point they’re willing to put their customers safety at risk? What if I backed & hit something, someone in wheelchair or walking because they’re requiring customers to back up through a drive-thru??? So, No & Never for me!! I’m sure its just a matter of time, with this type of service & practice, they will be shut down soon or sued…
