The girl at the window was too busy giving me the stink eye to even bother greeting me or giving a receipt. I understand local customer service has a low bar, but at least a minimal effort would be appreciated.

I will say the lady that took my order was very nice and friendly. The guy that handed me my food was very nice and friendly and told me to have a blessed day. Driving off I thought how wonderful the customer service was. Unfortunately my big fish sandwich was absolutely horrible! It was very thin and hard. I had to take it off and just eat the bread and lettuce. I feel like the food quality has really gone down. 😩

My debit card was not returned after I paid for my order in the drive thru and to say it was a mistake I don’t think so because later that evening my card was attempted to be added to someone’s Apple Pay so why did they try to add it to their Apple Pay if they knew it was not their card… and even after speaking to the manager she still didn’t care about the incident!!

Stopped to get lunch employes sitting in the dinning room on the phone would not take my order 15 min in this ordeal I walked out and went next door and that manager was doing her job at DQ I think the owner should be more active in this store because there is never any business here and now I know why , will never waste my time stopping here again

I wasn't even going write a review on how cold our food was on Mothers day 2025, they were only had 3 people working and I guess workers didn't show up and we had ice cold food. I spoke to the manager in charge Anthony and he was suppose to replace my order at a later date needless to say they wasn't honor. People work to hard and prices are to high to give your money away. I do have to say this is my first bad experience I have had with this location.

I've been in the store three times and all three times I got to order wrong because the person taking the order can't put her phone down long enough to pay attention to what you're ordering extremely rude act like they don't want to wait on you because you're white

The ice cream machine has been down for over a month. You always have to pull up for your order. It takes forever to get the food. The staff are young kids who cuss in front of customers, dance while they are supposed to be working and are very unprofessional.
