This place is the worst. My family and I were in town for a reunion and decided to have breakfast here. For starters we waited over 10 mins to get menus and water. The server came and plopped down at our table to take the order. She put the order in and brought us a check immediately. It took an additional 20 mins to get a smash burger platter, a MVP meal and a waffle platter w/side of fruit. The food we received was not worth eating. The burger had old tomatoes and lettuce we asked for the sauce on the side they just slapped it on the plate. The waffle was so hard it could be used as a weapon, I received no eggs and the I inquired about them the cook looked lost. The MVP meal was cold and missing the grits and pancakes. The cook proceeded to bring eggs that were supposed to be part of the waffle platter, when I declined them he said he was trying to be nice ( for bringing food I ordered ) when I decided I’d had enough the server was no where to be found , she didn’t check for order accuracy she didn’t care. When I asked for the manager she ran in the bathroom. After several mins she came from the bathroom but still would not address me directly. She instead surveyed the plates left on the table to see what she could charge me for. Originally the water I ordered was free but after I had an issue the water was then 1.39 This place is diabolical the service is complete trash. The cooks are illiterate and I will NEVER in my natural life step foot in this place again. Corporate will be called: Called the corporate office and when I told the rep that answered the call the reason why I was calling she laughed. I guess customer service is an acquired skill that the staff and corporate members of the Huddle House have not acquired as of yet. It’s just sad !

I come every weekend, and I am always greeted warmly by all the employees. They are like family. Kristy, Randy, Auntie, and the entire crew are awesome. As long as Randy on the grill, you are guaranteed good eating and that’s facts!

Huddle House: Southern Comfort with Waffle House Vibes While helping my friend move, we stopped by Huddle House, and it immediately gave me classic Waffle House vibes – that familiar, comforting diner feel. The prices weren't too terrible, which was a nice surprise. I ordered the country fried steak, and it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked and hit the spot. What really stood out, though, was the service, which was really good. Our server was attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant experience. If you're looking for a casual, no-frills spot with good food and great service, Huddle House definitely delivers.

Still charging the egg surcharge eventho egg prices have gone down. I searched and found that other Huddle House locations are no longer charging it. Just a money grab right out of our pockets. Won't go back.

We arrived and every table was dirty. I cleaned the tables for the girls. We ordered bacon and eggs with biscuits, but no biscuits so we got pancakes. We went to pay and I was expecting around $25 from what the menu said. It cost me $50. I will never go into a huddle house again.

Waited 15min group of 4. Skipped over twice people came after us waiter never even asked us about drinks. Walked out to get food somewhere else.

Beyond poor service from the servers to assist. Mgr. Food was thrown on the table by asst. Mgr. Very rude and disrespectful to customers. Will not come again and will not recommend to anyone. It's an awful experience. My overall rating would be less than a 1.

We were the only customers in here with 4 employees present. We got here at 2:30 and ordered at 2:35 and we didn’t get food till 3:10. Half the food is either not done or over done. Very greasy. One of the girls complained about her job loudly like the whole time we were in here. When it was time to leave our check wasn’t even ready. This was the first time we been here. Won’t be returning. Terrible service, the young man also needs to learn table manners. The restaurant is nice looking.
