White Hall Larry's Pizza This is a embarrassment to the Larry's franchise....Medium Fat Larry's supreme had 3 pepperoni slices maybe 6 mushrooms and a pile of bell pepper with pickles and the crust was not cut through because it was so doughy. Medium Cheese burger pizza had whole slices of pickles not diced and no mustard flavor at all whole slices of tomatoes crust was nasty doughy. Now the buffet hours ??? What buffet... That for lunch only

Little Caesars is a better choice or try Stuttgart Malvern Little Rock They Larry's represent the Franchise

I don't get to sit down and eat lunch often, but I really enjoyed my time here.

Vegetarian options: If you do not see a vegetarian pizza on the buffet, then you can have them make one for you.

Parking: Parking will not be a problem unless a rush traffic comes in.

Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcomed. They even have a game room to win prizes. All prizes can be paid with cash even if you or your child didn't win enough tickets.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see too much of a hassle bringing someone with a wheelchair to dine in here. If there is a small problem, I am sure it will get resolved right away for wheelchair spacing. No problem ?

Buffet is no longer a buffet at White Hall location , you must order a pizza when you arrive ! Hope one of the employees thinks to tell you this. They did not let us know this even after asking were pizzas coming out ! This way you get one kind of pizza , if they make it back around to your table when they bring it out that is ! Employees start passing your pizza out to everyone . Might as well go somewhere and just order a pizza . Managers are not allowed to solve issues and there is no number on wall to call for satisfaction !!! Only a small no refunds sign over by the toy redemption counter . As you can see by the owner's responses to other complaints , she doesn't seem to really care or respond to all of the issues in the complaints with a very courteous attitude . I noticed how her business has declined on Friday's due to her methods and employees handling of situations . Visit the other Larry's locations they are mostly owned by original family of founders .One time it is referred to as a pizza parade then as a buffet by the owner , if you read her responses . If you want to order a pizza for " the parade " you get 2 pieces , then I guess you have to order another one to get 2 more pieces and then wait for them to cook it and so on and so on . Because while I was there 3 pizzas came out and a table of 8 people would get most of it , then the other 20 people in the room would get the rest and us NOTHING !!!!!! Server went the same way every time never making it to us ! Spoke to the manager about it because I had to be back at work and would like a refund for I had not even had a drink of my water nor a bite of food and was told there was nothing she could do . Got the owner's personal number and I get the same cookie cutter response . IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT SHE ONLY WANTS YOU TO EAT 4 PIECES FOR $12 PLUS TAX !!! YOU KEEP ON ABUSING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND WATCH YOUR BUSINESS CONTINUE TO DECLINE !!!!!.. If I wanted to build a buffet and spend $32 I might would have done that but I came at lunch time same unconcerned cookie cutter response ! Why don't you just get a gun .

Previous times , year or two ago , lots lots bigger crowds and pizzas coming out and a selection on the bar available . So keep my money and lose my business . I don't need a cookie cutter response to this update , thank you .

This is not a buffet. The employees and cashier do not inform you that you have to order pizzas, in my opinion that is not a buffet. It really does not matter if you order a pizza you will not get it if you are not sitting in the right seats. We were there 30 minutes and the on big table was the only ones who got pizza. It is a big fat JOKE. Save your money eat some where else!!!!!

The buffet IS NOT a buffet. I'm STILL hungry, my kids stomachs hurt, my daughter found a huge broken piece of plastic in her salad. They refused to give us a refund OR a whole pizza. Won't be going back there again. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I never leave reviews about restaurants, but this experience got to me. Not only did I buy a buffet for $16, but there was no pizza! They had 1 pizza placed out the entire 35 minutes I was there. The power went out after 25 minutes of being open and then half the place turned back on by generator. Enough to get the kitchen back going. But even then… no communication or apology. No explanation as to how long it’d be. It was just sitting there watching people stand around. It was almost like they didn’t want to be in business. Nor did they care about the opinions of their customers. If there is no pizza, AT LEAST HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Cost $87 for me, my wife, and 3 kids under 10 to eat buffet. We're there 15 minutes or so and not one pizza was replaced. Never was a pepperoni, and everything was cold. I don't recommend it.

Came in 05/07 at 11:23 a.m.Waited at the counter a few moments to be greetedCould hear people talking around the corner but there were not any pizzas out so my mother stepped around to verify they still had buffet/it started at 11 as the door stated and notify them they had someone waiting. At 11:30 they had brought out 1 pizza.I haven't been to Larry's since the shut down of 2019 and was unaware they didn't have a free standing drink station like other pizza places I had been to more recently-my bad for assuming. I had my 5 year old with me as well who was not going to be eating as he had already had his food prior so when the older lady asked what to drink I said 2. when she looked at me crazy I had responded that I didn't realized they had to get our drinks for us "yeah..?" Was her response. I told her my son wouldn't be participating so i only needed 2 drinks and she responded condescending "okay..?" Like she didn't believe meAlso responding condescending "is he not eating buffet" when I said only 2 buffets because as stated he would not be eating, again with "okay...?"I can understand assuming people will just take advantage of buffet but truthfully she didn't have to have the passive aggressive attitude. We ended up walking out as she told me my total for 2 lunch buffets and sodas were almost 33 dollars. 32 something she said because when questioning the total she said "yeah! For 2 buffets and 2 sodas"I understand different locations vary in pricing but when comparing to other areas that have lunch buffet at 10 dollars and the possibly ridiculously priced 3.5 for a soda that still doesn't add up to me. Customer service was just awful to be honest.

Very overpriced. Just doesn't taste like it use to, we go to the one in Little Rock now and it's a lot better.

Went in expecting to be seated till my wife arrived. Was told I couldn't even have a seat till I ordered and paid. Trash all over the floor and food on tables across the whole establishment. Will not be coming back and they should look at the Larry's Pizza in East End to learn how it should be ran.Edit response to Larry's Pizza: I came in at 630 in the evening so I obviously wasn't at your buffet...When I go to the Larry's in East End I'm greeted, walked to a table and given a menu as soon as I walk in. I walked in your establishment And got stared at until I asked if I was going to be seated. Then I got a stark response "when you pay"... When my wife arrived I ordered then got told to sit wherever. Once my order came out it was put on the table and the server just walked off. No plates, no silverware, no anything. This establishment is a joke compared to the others as I would have likely got better service at McDonald's.
