This is the best Schlotzskys that we've ever been to. The staff is super friendly & the food is always good. It's an amazing value for the quality and quantity of what is served! And the cinnamon rolls aren't too bad either :)

My french dip calzone was AMAZING! Hot, gooey cheese, and the crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tomato soup was pretty good. I wanted the potato soup but they were out. We don’t have a sclotzsky’s in my hometown but I need them to build one asap! ?

I can't support a franchise that only has 2 employees on the schedule for the 1pm Saturday lunch rush. That's absolutely terrible for their employees. They are stuck dealing with a long line of customers without a break. Where is the GM? Does nobody care people have been waiting 45 minutes for sandwiches?I definitely won't be returning here.
Um, this place is officially DISGUSTING. AND I mean DISGUSTING. The service was LAUGHABLE and all the employees were extremely ?????????? and UGHLY. As the new generation says, MID MID MID ALL AROUND. NEVER GO HERE I WILL TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

So clean, GREAT sandwich choices... can get them in "GIANT" size! Bread could be a tad bit softer so there is a container of oil available near condiments. Must have a Ciñnabon to take home, if it makes it home! Mine didn't! ???

The lady's were super friendly. Food was good but small portioned. First time going and I thought the sandwich I ordered was going to be a full sandwich it was only half of one, didn't really like that, food was a 4 because of that.

Unfortunately, this Schlotzsky's is not worthy of a return visit. I ordered two pizzas, both had lint on the bottom as if they were put on a towel before being placed in the box. The worker that I spoke with did not seem to understand why I wanted a refund on all of the items that came from the kitchen. He then became agitated because I suggested the kitchen might be unclean. I wish the situation could have handled better.
