I RATE IT A 0 JUST GOT HOME AND MY PHILLY STEAK SANDWICH WAS SO HARD AND HAD TOOLD HER I WANTED MY BUN TOASTED AND SHHE PULLS EVERYTHING OFF HAD IT TO LONG INSIDE ABD YOU COULD SEE SHE BURNT THE HOOGEI BUN AND I COULDN'T EVEN EAT IT AND PLUM NASTY I TRIED CALLING AND THE SHORT FAT OBE ID THE ONE WHO MADE IT FIRST THEY TRIED FIX ME 2 LIKE LAS TIME AND I SAID I ONLY WANTED ONE I SAID IT 2 TIMES AND MISS PIGGY GOT MAD AND LEFT SO LONG IN MICROWAVE THE CRUST WAS HARD TRIED CALLING I WANT BE BACK THERE AGAN SPENDING MONEY ON A SANDWICH I CAN'T EAT NO WONDER THEY HAVE NI BUSINESS OE UP BY WALMART IS THE BEST RATE THEM A ZERO THE SHOT FAT INE WILL CLOSE THEM DOWN I WORKED IN FOOD SERVICE AND I MADE 800 DOLLARS FOR JUST AN HOUR NASTY PLACE THEY WANT GET MY MONEY AGAIN NO WHERE TO EAT IN WHITE HALL THATS GOOD

Horrible experience will not be giving subway anymore of my business. The wait is ridiculous and the customer service is mediocre at best . You should close the store if you do not have enough staff to keep up with customers common sense. Thanks Subway for showing me you don't want business anymore.
Loooooooong wait without acknowledgement. Very frogale with everything!! 1$ upcharge just for a large drink.

I ordered online at 7:30 pm one evening. Once I submitted my order I realized that there were onions on my sandwich so I immediately called to ask if they could please leave them off. The little Indian guy manager/owner immediately began yelling at me about ordering so late and that he would not honor any future orders that late.... Really.???? my husband went to pick it up and the guy immediately in so many words, began calling me a liar. My husband told him that he heard the whole conversation and that if he has a problem with the online ordering maybe he should take it up with subways online ordering department instead of taking it out on the customers. We have not been back and don't plan on it. What a hateful little man!
Order online like I normally do! Heck we do this maybe twice a week. Go to pick up and and was told they didn't have my order. So I pulled it up and was told they have never taken PayPal. So I call the owner and he yells at me! Apparently the internet has gone out! I understand that but he continued to yell, me being a business owner who depends on the internet would one make sure we have the internet to accept credit cards. My review is negative because he yelled at me and wouldn't let me talk. Heaven forbid my daughter went in there and she wanted a salad with croutons and crackers, and she ask why and yell at her?
