If you're expecting them to be open because they're supposed to be! You'll be highly disappointed because you'll get a lame excuse why they had to close 40 minutes early! "Maintenance Issues" was their excuse this time and last time they didn't even answer the intercom! Won't stop back by this Taco Bell in Whitehall anymore! Just wasting my time and getting myself disappointed, I'd rather take my chances in Pine Bluff!

Hiring manager did a poor job said I had the job and would put me on the schedule the next week i went up their the next monday sat 4 hours to be told he wasn't coming in that day and they didn't know what to do with me the next day he tells me on the phone he can't put me on the schedule until the first of the year now he won't talk to me and dhs is needing a statement saying I didn't get the job which I told them I was in the process of getting and they are cutting me off my health insurance and stuff over this

I went up their this morning and met these two girls great manners great absoululy love how they treat me the manger needs to give them a raise give them more days I wanna start seeing them more often names are nelisa and evaline them girls are great

They don’t pay attention to what their doing half the time, i ordered 1 soft taco at the window and was asked did I want to spend an extra dollar for a donation and I said no and when I left I looked at the ticket and realized I was charged 3 dollars instead of the 2.79 that it should’ve been. The food is good but they need better workers for sure.

The Taco Bell in White Hall always seems to have some reason why they can't serve food but yet their still open & have cars waiting for their food to be brought out to them. It's either, "Our system is down so we can't take any orders", "We are out of beef" or "They have nothing available that has to be fried". It's ridculous!!! The review I left with the stars is for the one in Watson Chapel! Yes we have driven an extra 10 mins out of our way to get Taco Bell. Taco Bell in White Hall is losing out on alot of business. I figure somebody would want to & need to know this. It's been going on for a while now.

We went to this location at 10:06 and they watched us place our order at the kiosk, then told us the lobby closed at 10 that we couldn’t order in the lobby. There were like 8 people sitting in the lobby eating so the doors were obviously open. Put up a sign that tells people the lobby closes at a certain time! And since the employee was so rude we didn’t even waste our money there!
