We went here for the 2nd time yesterday, & we are again amazed at how friendly, fun, & kind these employees are! Taco Bell HQ needs to pop-in & give these workers some kind of award! They are so happy! They were greeting everyone that came in the door & saying something nice to all, & helping people with the kiosk. We will definitely be back! Plus the food is so yummy! My favorite is the Mexican Pizza!!

Don't go late at night... lazy worthless workers will first tell you you're only allowed to order if you order 4 items or more. Then they will tell you they shut the grill off in 15 minutes but won't take your order currently as it's still running.

We sat in drive-through for 45 minutes. The person who answered the speaker was rude. They need more help or get new management. I won’t being going back to this Taco Bell.

Tell me why I just doordashed some taco bell because I work 70 hours a week at my job and I ordered a Mexican pizza meal and upgraded the two tacos to Dorito loco Supremes and a strawberry Baja dream freeze. When I got my food my tacos are not supreme but also have no meat just lettuce and cheese and my Baja has no strawberry even though there was a upcharge and my Mexican pizza had no tomatoes on top or meat inside. I went ahead and ate my pizza because I got to pull a 12 hour shift again but I work in the restraunt industry. If you don't have something you tell the doordashed so they can inform the customer. I would have cancelled my order and told door dash to refund my money for my food and keep the tip for the Dasher since they drove there. I am not going to scream or rant about it everywhere I just hope corporate sees this and knows about it because I am a manager and I know corporate looks at our reviews

I go through here at night sometimes, and they Never get my order right. No Sour Creme!! All I am asking you for is to skip a step in making something. Why is this so hard to understand. If I make mistakes at work, people die, if you want a better life , do a better job and take pride in what you do. It's never about what you do, but how you do what you do.

The employees were not at all friendly, we ordered our food and nothing that was on it regularly was on it and the only thing in it was what we ordered on it extra. Two huge tortillas with not even enough meat to reach the middle from either side a sprinkle of cheese even though extra was supposed to be in them and maybe a half a teaspoon of rice. Definitely not on places to go back to for us. Hopefully for all who do go there I hope your experience is better than ours.

Placed my order and got what I added nothing else in it .. so I got a rice burrito with oinons.. if they don't like to work here maybe they should find a new job 🙄

If you're expecting them to be open because they're supposed to be! You'll be highly disappointed because you'll get a lame excuse why they had to close 40 minutes early! "Maintenance Issues" was their excuse this time and last time they didn't even answer the intercom! Won't stop back by this Taco Bell in Whitehall anymore! Just wasting my time and getting myself disappointed, I'd rather take my chances in Pine Bluff!

Hiring manager did a poor job said I had the job and would put me on the schedule the next week i went up their the next monday sat 4 hours to be told he wasn't coming in that day and they didn't know what to do with me the next day he tells me on the phone he can't put me on the schedule until the first of the year now he won't talk to me and dhs is needing a statement saying I didn't get the job which I told them I was in the process of getting and they are cutting me off my health insurance and stuff over this
