Food was cold, workers were slow and unhelpful. Only one or two friendly people. *update* it’s worse. Prices have gone even higher.

Every visit is always wonderful! Great food and great service makes this place a must-visit when I'm in the area!On this most recent visit, thoroughly enjoyed the deviled eggs, caesar salad, and shrimp alfredo pasta.

Fabulous experience! Traveled a little over an hour for a birthday celebration, and were not disappointed. Fast, friendly service. Amazing food in a small town atmosphere. The Smoked Mozzarella Burrata, fried chicken, ribeye, garlic spinach, and Jack Daniels chocolate pecan pie were our favorites of the night. We will be back to try the many other items we were interested in.

This is a great a little restaurant in a beautiful little town. My buddy ordered the jambalaya and he said it was good but pretty blan. I ordered the filet with fries. The steak was cooked perfectly and was supper tender but could have used more salt, pepper and seasonings. The fries were really good. Now what stole the show was the bread pudding! Man it was ?! I had read reviews that it was good but wasn't expecting it to be good as it was! It was made from donuts and had a scoop of ice cream, I think I could have eaten 2 servings of it. Wilson Cafe is a must to try if in the Wilson area.

Environment is nice but the food is overpriced and not much to brag about. Service was great.

My wife and I just left here after coming for our Valentine’s dinner. The food was good, but the service was terrible. We were seated promptly but were then completely ignored by the staff for over 30 mins to get water and drink orders. I ordered a cocktail and my wife ordered sparkling water. 15 minutes lates the waitress came back and ask “You wanted a Michelob right?” I told her not to worry about it, just cancel the cocktail. After another 15 minutes we were finally asked about ordering appetizers. The crab cake was good but I would not recommend waiting an hour for it. After spending an hour and a half for a 2 course meal, I flagged down a waitress to ask for a box and our check. 20 minutes later I had to ask a third time. While being at this restaurant for approximately 2 hours, not one time were we checked on by any of the staff, asked “Do you need anything?” or anything of the sort. In 2 hours we had our water refilled 1 time. We will never be back.

The deviled eggs were my favorite item of the night! So good and unique (they were topped with fried chicken thigh and sweet chili sauce when we went). My husband's favorite item was the crab cake. We both loved the cauliflower. The veal absolutely melted in your mouth and the mushroom sauce over risotto was impeccable. The “roasted winter vegetables” was a great medley of like 6 different veggies. Super cute restaurant with a chic, romantic atmosphere. Very cozy. Great service. The only thing lacking was the dessert menu. Only had assorted slices of pie, and none of them warm fruit pies with ice cream or something zingy like key lime. I expected a restaurant of Wilson Cafe's caliber to offer crème brûlée or chocolate molten lava cake or bananas foster or something nicer like that. Correction: They also had bread pudding, but my husband is allergic to tree nuts, so we couldn't have it. Not the restaurant's fault.

We found this cafe by chance while we were working in Arkansas and it felt like a hidden gem. The town center where it’s located is pretty unusual – it sticks out from the typical towns you come across. We ended up eating there a few times. Everything we tried was perfect. And the pie? Hands down, the best I’ve ever had. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

I have grown up going to the Wilson Cafe over the years and it never disappoints! Tonight my family and I sat in the side party room. The cotton wallpaper is fun & fitting for a town centered around the cotton industry. We had the smoked burrata as an appetizer. Burrata is one of my favorite foods so anytime it is on a menu I order it. This time I was particularly intrigued at it being smoked. It came out covered with a dome top filled with smoke. They uncovered it and the smoke dissipated beautifully You could taste the smoky flavor and it succeeded my expectations. For my entree I had the short rib gnocchi. It was incredible. The short rib was tender and it there was a very generous amount, more than I could finish. The sauce was creamy and flavorful with a variety of of different mushrooms. The soft and pillowy gnocchi and the stringy short rib paired well together. I also had focaccia with honey butter. The honey butter reminded me of my childhood. While most everyone else enjoyed their meal I have to include that my cousin was disappointed in his filet. It was burnt to a crisp on the bottom and lacked seasoning. However, some one else at the table had a ribeye and it was cooked and seasoned excellently. There were also two other filets that were said to be decent. Overall, the food was delicious and met all expectations. Make sure you don't leave without trying the bread pudding! The salty-sweetness melts in your mouth and I love the hint of white chocolate that they add. Finally, the service is wonderful. Our waitresses were very nice, helpful, and timely with checking in. The manager and chef also stopped by our table and were very personable and friendly. If you're ever in Wilson stop by the cafe! It won't disappoint and is a culinarily gem in the middle of the Delta!
