You can tell how good a Mexican restaurant is by their rice and beans. You can’t mess up simple rice & beans. Rice and beans and nothing else. That’s what I order. They then put meat in the beans “for flavor” instead of seasoning and the meat I chewed on was uncooked like raw fat. This isn’t Mexican cuisine. Maybe taco Tuesday for prison inmates that eat dog food.

Balderas Crossroads Cafe made us some amazing food. I got a chrispy chicken sandwich, Ava got loaded nachos, Eli got street tacos, and Landon got chicken nuggets. it was ready quick and was all so amazing!
