I come here often but never again. I always get the lo-mein noodles & they tasted spoiled my daughter also got some & she said her tasted spoiled as well. Called them & they said they couldn’t refund our money back & that she could only let her exchange for something else. But since I had complained once before I just had to suck it up she couldn’t let me exchange for anything. The first time a complained was because she had given me some spoiled shrimps again I had gotten double one for my daughter. She said nobody else had complained about it ok does that makes it right.

Having the distinction of being the only remaining Chinese Food style restaurant in town, they kind of have a monopoly on the industry. But, that being said, if there is only one option for Chinese Food, this is the one you want! Mrs Bin takes pride in her restaurant and keeps the kitchen and food prep area immaculate. While there is not much in the way of ambiance, you don't come to see the decorations. The food is the attraction here. Bin's food is always hot, fresh, and made to order. And the serving sizes will satisfy the heartiest of appetites. There is never any stale, left out under a heat lamp tasting food. What you order is what they fix. Seating is sufficient for large parties, or take a booth for you and a friend. So, the next time you're trying to decide on what to have for lunch or dinner, give Bin's a try. You won't be disappointed.

I eat at Bins at least once a month. Yesterday I ordered Orange Chicken and it had very little flavor and no orange/sweet flavor at all. It had a strange rank smell, and the chicken texture on the inside didn’t look like chicken, either thighs or chicken breast. When I called I was told they don’t use white meat, but something I didn’t understand. When I expressed concern about it including the smell and that it was different she hung up on me. After eating much less than half, my stomach got upset and I threw up.

I have loved this place for years. The last few times I have eaten here I could tell that my food has just been reheated. It tastes awful. Everything is soggy and even inside the bags are moist and slimy. The crab rangoons, egg rolls, and chicken have no crunch to them whatsoever, all just soft and mushy.
Food barely has any taste. Not the chinese food that I am used to but their customer service is not the greatest either. I also got some chicken on a stick on Monday night and it was horrible but they were closed by the time I made it home to eat. They are closed on Tuesday and they wouldn't even take the food back today. She said its too late! I have never heard of such! I will NEVER RETURN!

Food is good, service is good. But, plastic ware to eat with, must get your own drink and tea is not one of the options. If you want condiments, you need to ask for them because they're behind the counter. That said, I will definitely eat there again.

Hot and spicy chicken was not spicy, shrimp fried rice was undercooked and only had 2 pieces of shrimp.
