Ms. Helinore WAS THE BEST CASHIER/ SERVER I have ever experienced at ANY Burger King location! She definitely needs a raise! She is so polite, helpful, fast, and just all around the best!! When she was done with her customers, she immediately went and started tidying up the lobby which didn't even need it. It was already so clean! And when we left, she went out of her way to make sure we had refills on our drinks and made sure she spoke and told us to have a great day! If I could give her 100 stars I'd absolutely do it!
They do not answer at the drive-thru and when you drive to the window they want you to go back around... there was hardly anybody here... how can you not service two or three customers and there's nobody here... They were nice but they were truly slow !!!!

Ok. We had two separate burger orders. Both orders were supposed to have cheese on the burgers but it wasn't on there. Also instead of receiving a slice of onion they stuffed half of an onion on the burgers.

Food is always hot, staff is always nice, and the wait time isn't very long compared to other fast food around here. Only 3-4 employees working at a time but they care about what they do. Will go back every time I want a quick burger.

Food is always cold and takes forever to get. Employee was smoking a cigarette outside while talking to another employee at the window. Told me it would be a minute. I just ended up leaving.

The morning crew seems happy to be there and happy to see guests. The evening crew seems to make guests wait to place an order at the drive thru, they don't greet at either window, rarely give a receipt, and pretty much everyone after 6:45 pm has to pull up and wait on orders. We understand being understaffed, but how about some courtesy.They don't screw up the orders though, and that is impressive.
