Dirty tables all over the dining room. Nonexistent service. Food is bland. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and there were only 2 other tables. All the other tables were covered in dirty dishes.

This was my first time at this establishment. There were only one other party of 2 when we arrived. I had a party of 16 my family. I asked if we could sit together or they could put some tables together, the cashier response "yall can sit in the back room." My family and I had to move tables and chairs ourselves. It is completely self serve everything (which isn't a problem but this wasn't communicated, we figured it out quickly). The service wasn't the best all of the employees seemed misplaced and lost. We ordered 4 pizzas, fried calamari, cheese sticks and Jalapeño poppers. All of the pizzas were cooked too long and burnt, the calamari were bottom of the bag cracklings. The cheese sticks and poppers were good. They were out of wings. I'm disappointed that we spent $150 and barely any of my family were satisfied. I believe they have the potential to be better but there should be some serious training both management and employees. There should also be better upkeep. Like I said there were only 2 other people in there. The section that we were directed to wasn't clean. The floors were dirty and the tables were dirty. Maybe we should've just left then but when you have hungry kids and elderly parents you're focused on getting them fed and happy. I won't be back here but I wish them the best.

We have been coming here since they opened but in recent months it has greatly went down hill. Always way under staffed and out of things. Please do better Mr. Everett and give what staff you have the support they need to run this business for you. Either by going to work personally when short or hire the employees needed to cover a busy lunch or weekend night. Steak was cold when finally brought to table never got salad until I had to go ask for it.

Was left at counter while placing order. The second employee was unable to process gift card. Third employee could not process card, asked me to come back another time. I felt like I was a nuisance instead of a customer. Gave the gift card away, and will not return.

We went during lunch (only a handful of tables occupied) and had to bus our own table to sit at and was never offered anything to wipe it off with. We had no clue we had to go get our own drinks due to lack of communication. Two of the people in our party got their food so late that everyone else had finished and put their leftovers in boxes, and no one communicated with us about food being late.
