Chicken was horrible, tasted burnt, almost like it had been in the fryer twice, the kitchen floor that I could see from the customer counter was dirty , there appeared to be only 3 people working at 4:45 PM

We had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for biscuits. No problem waiting on fresh hot biscuits. Unfortunately when we got them they were hard as rock !

This location almost always has staffing problems. I visited on 01-14-2025 for dinner. My order was supposed to be ready and waiting in the quick pickup box since it was an online order. As I went into the location I heard one of the cooks yelling to the cashier and using the F bomb fairly frequently while the cashier was talking trash about the employee that had apparently just quit and walked out. Needless to say my order was not ready and waiting. There was mass confusion and more than one person walked out. The cashier was telling people at the drive thru to come in if they wanted to order. Overall it was a mess as usual. I did finally receive my food after the cashier took the time to look at the online orders and find it. It was supposed to be ready at 5pm but was not handed to me until 5:30pm or so. The food here isn't bad. It's KFC/Toco Bell so you get the chain restaurant food you expect. However, due to continued staffing issues and absolutely no semblance of management, do not go here if you have any type of time constraint. It will not end well. Also, the drink machine has never been calibrated and every drink (except for water) taste odd and is generally just nasty. If you don't get water get the tea, assuming they have any made. This is an ongoing issue with this location. If you just need chicken go to Hays, Sharks, or drive to Forrest City and get Popeyes. If you want a taco go to Don Jose or Ameca and get better food and service. Yeah, you'll pay a little more, but it's worth it not to have to deal with the headache that is Wynne's KFC/Taco Bell
Closing super early before 9 and suppose to stay open until 10!! Not very friendly either!!

30+ minute wait to get good after ordered. Lady at the front couldn't remember anybody's order and messed up our order. Front and back were arguing about what went to who. It was very busy and chaotic with a touch of amusement.

I came into store on Friday night @ 8.30 and ordered a 6 piece. The guy at the register told me I could get 2 breast with that. They handed me food I left. The guy stopped me at my truck and said I had the wrong order. He handed the order from me over to a couple in the dining room. The chicken was not their order it was a 6 piece so they handled it and handed it back to the lady in the back. She went behind the counter and returned handing me the chicken that everybody had their hands on and told me I was not getting another breast. I asked for a refund and she refused. Very rude and nasty and the dining room was disgusting. That lady in the back should be fired ASAP for the way she spoke to me. A manager needs to contact me so we can get this worked out. I will call the health department any and all people necessary to get this issue solved.
