Poor customer service again. Can't understand anything they say at the drive thru speaker. Drive thru screens don't work correctly. The drive thru alone makes it look like a struggling business. The MOD was rude, dismissive, and obviously did not want to be there. Stay home then - the rest of your crew acts like what they see their boss do. Sad really. McD's used to be a decent place to get a meal.

Terrible I think they mess up orders on purpose real lack of effort and always has been. No co2 the ice cream machine is broke. The speaker in the second drive thru never works close this location down bc it’s nothing but bs. They wait till u sit there for ten min ignore u so they don’t run time up on the clock. Still saying wait a min when u pull up to the drive thru bc they can’t get their shit together. Avoid Wynne go to Forrest city mcds the owner here actually gives a damn. Avoid Wynne at all cost. Smart ass people at the window. Don’t order ala carte no one there knows what that means 12/4/24 update still not listening to orders still making u wait to serve u avoid at all cost terrible example of franchisee no McRib either even though there’s a sign advertising they have it
