I love this place but the customer service is pitiful and unprofessional. They don’t greet you when you walk up, they take a long time to prepare your order and they don’t tell you how long your wait will be and you will not get an update on when your order will be ready. Also when you pick up your order they don’t say thank you or anything! We don’t have a problem supporting them, a small black business but we wish their customer service would improve.
