I just stopped at this location. First they handed me the wrong drink. When I handed back to the guy he asked if I had taken a drink from it. I told him no but I hope regardless I hope they don’t give it to who it was intended for. As I was driving off I noticed my sandwich was made incorrectly. I went back to the speaker and let them know. When I got to the window they did immediately give me my sandwich. I was about to leave when the girl at the window rudely asked me where the other sandwich was. Hopefully they don’t give it to someone else

The staff was really nice an polite even though they were understaffed so waiting was a bit too long .But the worst part was how hot dining area was an not for me I got mine to go but for the staff to be so polite an friendly working in kitchen so very hot !! Lady up front was great. Warned me about spicy chicken. Ask which one dealt with the honkey. She'll remember me. She and her co-worker deserve raises. I like spicy, but that was good looking out. Makes up for the worst fries I've seen in YEARS.If those things were any softer they'd be potato soup. Come on, people. Fries have to CRUNCH. I can wait. I live in Little Rock and I was in Wynne for work and I needed a hot meal. I saw Wendy's and thought, that sounds good. I go inside and order my food to go. My order comes up incredibly fast and I head straight to the truck with it. I immediately grab some fries expecting something hot and got the exact opposite. Cold, old fries. It was gross. I could tell that they hadn't changed out their grease in a while. I got my money back. Management needs to put some proper attention into this location. I would post 0 stars if it were allowed. DON'T GO HERE!!!
